"Fun atmosphere and great Halloween decorations. A little slow with the drinks but we were getting specialty cocktails cocktails that were really fun. They automatically added a 20% tip without mentioning it, and we were only a party of 3. They should have mentioned that but overall it was a great place!"

"My husband and I went out to dinner with another couple the night went went to the Blue Ale House for my birthday. I have never been there before but I chose there to see the band The Benjamins who were supposed to go on at We arrived at I made a reservation, and had to wait over minutes to be seated. We sat upstairs which was so crowded it was awkward to get around the tables to sit. We were squeezed in and it was very uncomfortable. One waitress kept bumping into my friend everytime she walked by. My friend ended up saying something to her because she asked what her problem was when she saw her looking at her. Our waiter who we saw was also a bartender hardly came to the table and forgot things when he did. We ended up leaving at and The Benjamins were just going on. I was very disappointed this night ruined my birthday dinner. We will never go there again. Walking out, the security guard even said it was too crazy with too many people that he didn't know what he was going to. Never again"

"We came specifically for the Espresso Martini. I ordered in when we sat down at our first table. Unfortunately, I requested we be moved after a mouse sighting. As we were moved to the high top. The waiter informed me they were out of the coffee liqueur needed to complete my drink. That would have been ok, but the two females who walked in while we were moving were successfully served two espresso martinis. The chicken was dry and the homemade tater tots were slimy. Hopefully they get it together and get rid of their “pets” (their words, not mine)."

"what an incredible xperience that was. the service was amazingly friendly and efficient. I had sweet potatoes with a bourbon pecan glacé that were amazing. my man does not like sweet potatoes, but he loved them. then the seafood mafalda with shrimp scallopens and fresh paparadella with their delicious homemade marinara sauce. the weeping was fabulous and dessert from this world. we will definitely come back here and it cannot be fast enough."

"They didn’t even have my reservations, so they sat me at the back of the bar. Then after a drunk white man and his Karen assaulted my friend by pushing her calling her a black b and the man grabbing her wrist, then 4 other white men surrounding us, myself and my friend obviously upset they put her out! We all ended up leaving but security said she had to go. Plus my other friend got charged 100 more on her bill, and management told her this happens often and to call back I’m a few days to see if they can refund her money! New management is definitely needed. Our bartender was great tho, she tried to accommodate my party and was super apologetic and sweet. But I’ll stay away from this place especially when men are allowed to physically assault a woman and she gets asked to leave."

"We had a wonderful experience at Chop . We chose the early seating menu and had a 5:00 reservation outside. Due to the weather we called at 3:00 to ask if we could change to inside seating and we were changed to inside with no problem. Our server was excellent I apologize for not remembering his name} he saw to our every need. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We will definitely go back when we are in Sister Bay."

"The best restaurant in Dawsonville. Food and service is always excellent. The cook fits the menu, so there are new things to try together with favorites. If you love French cuisine, you have to eat in the Blue Bicycle. I have to have something on the menu that I didn't love. As for the menu, the blue cheese chips, chicken liver mouse and Pimento cheese starters are not to be missed. The wild shrimp with yarn cake is excellent. The steakries are also great. I highly recommend eating here, enjoying."

"I came here for dinner on a Saturday evening with my wife and my 2 very good friends from the local area. I came to Pancho 's knowing it wasn 't going to be authentic Mexican so my expectations weren 't that of what I had in say SoCal. That was fine I wasn 't expecting to be have authentic so this review in no way is going to be a complaint of how this place isn 't like the restaurants in SoCal. I 'm not in SoCal and my disclaimer isn 't such that I was expecting such. There is potential at this place to be better than they were when we visited however and it comes in the sense that there were simple issues that could have been resolved and I believe that it mostly had to do with the service and not the food. I was rather happy with the food overall and I did not leave disappointed, hungry nor did I leave feeling cheated but rather just neglected for lack of a better term. The chips with salsa came before we ordered anything else. My friends had ordered guacamole. To start things off we had all ordered water with lemon for drinks. To me that 's a rather simple request and not something that is uncommon or demanding. My friend also ordered some sort of mango drink which was served in a mason jar type glass. I also ordered a Corona as well. The bar drinks came rather quickly. The guac was dropped of by somebody else besides our server. Well we had a pitcher of water dropped off actually it was rather slammed down at our table with 4 stacked glasses that we were to pour for ourselves. This was served to us by another server, not our server. We didn 't receive any lemon. We didn 't see our assigned server again until it was time to receive all of the mains we ordered. My friends ordered 4 tacos each so they had a total of 8 and my chimichanga came with my sides and my wife 's fish tacos (baja catfish style) came with her sides. My friend who had noticed the tacos didn 't come with any lime asked that we have some lemon and lime. The lime was for his and his wife 's tacos (8 tacos) and the lemons were for our water (all 4 of us). Our server only returned with 2 lemon and 2 lime slices. I 'm sorry but the simplest of requests to have lemon water wasn 't fulfilled because we didn 't even have enough lemon for 4 glasses. My friend had 2 lime slices for 8 tacos. I told my friend I would forget about the lemon for my water since I had a lime in my beer. My food was good. I was however expecting my chimichanga to be crispy. While it seemed as if it was somewhat fried it didn 't really seemed to be deep friend and if it was, it wasn 't long enough to actually make the wrap crispy. This chimichanga on the menu is actually their special menu as a burrito which they will turn into a chimichanga (by frying my impression). It was OK but not like any chimichanga I 've ever had and yes this includes non SoCal Tex Mex type places. The food was good overall but the service was lacking. It was friendly, but I felt our needs were not really paid attention to nor was I felt to be totally satisfied with the service. If I have to feel like something was left out or something was forgotten that 's a problem. If we weren 't asked if everything was ok or if we had everything we needed AND there was something we still felt we needed then that too is a problem. For the food I 'd give a 3.5, for the service I 'd give a 2 so I 'll average it out as a 3. By the way they have a nice collection of license plates..."

"This restaurant really shouldn't be on this app. For the average person, it seems really very nice and my husband and children enjoy their food. When I asked my server why things like French fries and sweet potatoes are the symbols for *vegetarian* instead of vegan, after checking with the kitchen, she informed me that it is because they also cook meat in the frits... which means they are not vegetarian either. I have tried not to ask any pages with my tofu nuggets what was apparently no option, and my server suggested several things that were made with animal products when I asked (coleslaw- mayo, yams or green bes- butter, etc.). There was no offer for adjustment or accommodation. I landed on macaroni and cheese as a side for my daughter and was further disappointed, my plate with everything that basically stacked one above the other, so naturally cheese sauce was all about everything. As I said, it's really not a bad place and for someone who eats meat, I'm sure it's fantastic, but it's not remote vegan-friendly."

"Had a great time here with a large group (14). Our server Gilbert has taken care of our group with the other employees and the management. Dishes came nicely plated and at once! Not just for a big table! Great selection of dishes all made very good. Our group ordered at least once about each dish in the menu and everyone seemed enthusiastic. A little expensive, but very typical of a restaurant in a hotel. Would be a great date night or pre/post opera/show spot. We're coming back!"

"Wow. For some reason, I'm always letting myself down from highly rated restaurants, but this place lived not only up to its reviews, but left me away. This place wore me from the first bite to the last. The seafood bouillabaisse was it. Fresh halibut, shrimp, mussels and shells, and you didn't even need bread, it was incredible. Great cocktails, relaxed atmosphere and fast service were at a discount. Definitely reserve and rest when the weather is beautiful!"
