"I specifically went to Jet 's this evening to try the cauliflower crust. I have been so frustrated that the major chains around here weren 't jumping on the cauliflower crust popularity. I can 't really eat regular pizza crust but would like the enjoyment of eating a slice of pizza like a normal person instead just scraping off the toppings. Anyway, let me tell you that this was the best pizza I have had in a long time! Jet 's is always the bomb anyway, my favorite pizza by far. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Absolutely wonderful. The crust was crispy, the toppings fresh, and the taste was phenomenal. I didn 't feel like I was missing out on 'real pizza '. The guy who took my order was super friendly and courteous. I really, really, really hope Jet 's keeps this crust. I don 't live near a location to get delivery and the closest location is 15-20 minutes away but I am willing to waste the gas and time to go get this pizza again when the craving hits!
