"This is my second time ordering from this restaurant and needing a DoorDash delivery due to a lack of delivery drivers. The first time was in January 2022 and the food arrived an hour late and cold in all three boxes. This time, as of typing this review three hours after placing my order on 2/25/22, the order still hasn't arrived from DoorDash. I have been on hold with Donatos and DoorDash trying to get a refund because I am unsure where the pizza could be three hours later, but it definitely wouldn't be safe to eat. After being away from the city for 5.5 years, I was thrilled to discover that Red Robin's in Arizona had started serving Donato's Pizza - a taste of home for me. Now that I am back home, I am excited to have Donatos conveniently located down the street.

I placed an online order last night for delivery to my workplace for lunch today. The pizzas arrived on time, hot, and delicious. Great job, Western Hills! The only downside was that the driver did a contactless delivery instead of the usual method, so I wasn't able to give a cash tip. Thank you for being cautious during the pandemic, and I will make sure to stop by the restaurant on my way home to give a tip in person.
