"Our experience at Bliss was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and although it could have been more lively on a busier night, we enjoyed it after the crowd cleared out. Our server, who seemed experienced, asked if we had plans after our meal, which we appreciated. He recommended the carpaccio, which was outstanding, and suggested perfect wine pairings for our dishes - short ribs and salmon. My boyfriend even got white wine with his short ribs, which worked well. My salmon had a crispy exterior and tender center, complemented by flavorful Swiss chard, sauce, and risotto. Each bite was a delightful mix of flavors. My boyfriend's short ribs were tender and flavorful, with a delicious au jus and wild rice with carrots. For dessert, we tried the flourless chocolate torte and creme brulee, which were good but not exceptional. Overall, we had a fantastic evening with delicious food in a charming setting."
