"Our experience at Bliss was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and although it could have been more lively on a busier night, we enjoyed it after the crowd cleared out. Our server, who seemed experienced, asked if we had plans after our meal, which we appreciated. He recommended the carpaccio, which was outstanding, and suggested perfect wine pairings for our dishes - short ribs and salmon. My boyfriend even got white wine with his short ribs, which worked well. My salmon had a crispy exterior and tender center, complemented by flavorful Swiss chard, sauce, and risotto. Each bite was a delightful mix of flavors. My boyfriend's short ribs were tender and flavorful,...

I felt like I had been transported back to the 1980s or 90s with the food at this restaurant. It was decent, but not up to today's standards. The cocktails were underwhelming. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the hostess was very friendly. The waitstaff were efficient but seemed to be just going through the motions rather than providing exceptional customer service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience but lacking in charm.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the restaurant and seated. Our server Marissa was pleasant but more robotic than engaging. The Pear Cosmo was great! Scallops with risotto was very tasty. Not a fan of asparagus and not sure it was in the description but they were on my plate. The Bliss Salad with mixed greens, grapes and gorgonzola was fantastic. Short ribs were done to perfection. We would go back, fast service. We were out in about an hour with a full restaurant on the first floor.

I went back to Bliss for the second time because I was looking for a peaceful place to enjoy a nice dinner and have a conversation. Many restaurants are too noisy, making it hard to talk without shouting. However, Bliss is different. It is quiet enough to have a relaxed business dinner or meet friends for a catch-up. The food is cooked with attention to detail. I tried the pan seared chicken and it was cooked perfectly, served with root vegetables. I will definitely be coming back to Bliss.

"We were there celebrating two birthdays. Our server Faith was wonderful. She was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a table of 6 and ordered quite a bit of food, some of which was great and others lackluster. The bao buns were great and the small calamari salad was huge and those who had it said delicious. The spareribs were good as well as the edamame dumplings, although the way those were served made it hard to fully enjoy. Each dumpling should be on a individual type spoon so you can enjoy the soup part as well as the dumpling. The way they were served in one large bowl with only one spoon made it so the soup part is left at the bottom. I did request extra spoons from the expediter but they never came. The worst part of our appetizer course was somehow an item was switched to another in the computer and served to us. It had shellfish in it and that wasn’t known when someone at our table who doesn’t eat shellfish ate it. The sashimi was good but the tuna tartare thing was really bad. The entrees we had were the duck, which I was told was delicious, the miso cod, which was fishy, the whole fish which was tasteless, the lobster fried rice, which was okay but lacking flavor. The best dish was the black pepper beef, it was delicious and elegantly served. We had all the sides and all were quite good especially the eggplant and the wasabi mashed potatoes. It was a nice evening but it felt a little stale for a Starr restaurant."
