"The food is usually good, average quality, but you'll need to ask for light or no salt unless you want extra. Same goes for oil and butter. I had ordered carry-out from this restaurant 4 times now. The first 3 times, I was met by a very friendly guy (Mike? and an equally nice, older lady (didn't get her name . The employees weren't wearing masks, which was a huge concern at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. At least the restaurant stayed open, pretty good service from Mike, and the food is usually ready when promised."

"We've visited The Local several times over the past year and have never been disappointed in the service or the food. They have a restaurant side and a separate bar but both sides of the place serve the same menu. As the name implies The Local sources as much of their menu from local farms and suppliers as they can. Their menu items from their salads to their steaks are well prepared and, for me, always taste great. The waits on Friday and Saturday night can be quite long so I suggest making a reservation rather than trying to simply walk in."

"during the visit of genf I wanted to try a restaurant that was on the entrances and dives of diner. the name of this restaurant is the burger local in genf. this restaurant is obviously known for its hamburger from its name. guy fieri talked about how much he loved her burger in the order of diners drive-ins and dives. the restaurant inside is really beautiful look. the decor is very modern and well maintained everything looked very clean. they also have a small outdoor area if they decide to dine a nice day outside. I also heard that they not only have great hamburgers, but also make delicious shakes. I ordered a Horchata flavor and my wife ordered a S'more flavor. the shakes were absolutely delicious, I still think about them later. the Horchata shake came with a delicious churro. the s’mores shake came with a big marshmallow up both shakes were from this world. I ordered for my main court the smash burger doublepatty melt. my wife ordered the local burger who consisted of a bark patty with American cheese and whatever they want. the hamburgers were absolutely delicious very high quality. I'd say this is one of the better hamburgers I've ever had. my only criticism of the restaurant is that I noticed some people who seem to be either the owners or manager. they hung around the bar and talked to the waiters and goofing around. they have never tried to interact with one of the guests of the restaurant to ask how their meal was. I will say this again, this is only my criticism that I have managed many years of restaurants and think that a good owner and manager should touch the base with all their customers and not sit open at the bar chatting it up or goofing around it just looks bad. I really enjoyed this restaurant, I think it's something you should see next time in the opposite."

"I worked here in 2021 and several things happened. 1. I got into a minor car accident while backing up my car to head out on a delivery. My car hit a car that was owned by the family running the neighboring store. They were very nice and understanding about it. The parking area behind the shops is absolutely horrid to pull in and out of. Theres no parking lines, there’s dumpsters in weird places, and blind spots all over. I had several other near-collisions during the three months I worked there. When I was exchanging insurance info with the owner of the car I backed into, the owner of the Cottage came outside and yelled at me for standing around talking to people when I was supposed to be going to deliver a pizza. When I explained what just happened, she asked me to just give the pizza to the other driver so he could deliver it. No consideration for the accident or for me. 2. I had some kind of weird stalker situation going on. Someone came to the shop while I was out on a delivery and told one of the owners that I was “suicidal on Instagram” this was completely false. I don’t know who knew where I worked or why this person would tell my bosses that I was having thoughts of harming myself, but the boss refused to tell me who came in and said that about me. So now I don’t know who the crazy stalker is. 3. I quit two weeks after the car accident when another delivery driver almost hit me head-on while he was leaving and I was entering the parking lot. The food is okay. It’s not bad. But working here was unpleasant. The woman who owns this place is extremely bad tempered and rude."

"Rally has become a standard part of my COVID comfort food diet! The menu usually has at least one pizza several sides that come vegan as is. Many if not most non vegan items can be veganized, everything clearly labeled as vegan or vegan options etc. I also really appreciate their non pizza menu items, like roasted veggies and bread. They even had spirits dehydrated oranges during the holidays. Everything is seasonal, which is great, sustainability wise, and a rotating menu also means you can get excited about trying something new, even when you 're a regular : The staff is super friendly as well as vegan aware when I 've made mixed orders in the past (i.e. one pizza with cow cheese for my lacto vegetarian partner they 've double checked with me that the dairy cheese was OK. They get points in my book, too, for not throwing in all sorts of utensils other extras i.e. trash. Definitely appreciate this place!"

"We haven't been to Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House for years, but have managed to get our party from four here for dinner. So glad we did. What a perfect dinner. Our waiting person Maria is a pleasure to serve us. She brought this super personality to our table with a bright smile. Welcomed us and started to offer us a drink order. Minutes later, our possibilities of refreshments were placed on our four top. Great! We took some time to see the extensive menu offers. A selection of fish, meat and so many different dishes ready to tempt any appetite. Mary returned, took our mission and asked if we needed something else. She went to the kitchen. The place is bright, clean and decorated with the sea and fishermen's decor. No dust buns or spider webs. Nice! Our meals were presented in a few minutes, perfect and still hot on the touch plated. My dinner was Baked Scrod, Vegetable-Medley and a side salad to my taste. My friends were all completely satisfied with their restaurants selection. Don't worry about their meals. This is a journey home! The prices reflect the quality of the offers and skipper makes it right. Great food, great drinks and great service. If you are looking for a pleasant dining night on Cape Cod, try Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House! Enjoy!"

"Sara and staff did an absolutely AMAZING job this weekend for our wedding. They were pleasant and easy to work with for the past 3 years. (Yes 3 years- we were one of the originals from the Esperanza law suit disaster) but in good faith Sara and the mansion team continued working with us and we are so thankful that we decided to go the road we did. I would recommend this event venue to everyone! And will make sure that I spread the good word about the Mansion at Keuka Lake because our weekend was so much better than I ever expected it to be after everything. Thank you again!"

"My wife I were so taken by the wonderful food, service, black bear decorative atmosphere, and the clientele that we returned a second time in the same week.Our second visit was over the Labor Day weekend and gradually as we ordered and began eating, the restaurant became filled nearly to capacity. The layout and diversity of numbers of chairs at the different sized tables is superb. We have seen living bears in the Rockies in Colorado so having the photos in the foyer of Cubs and Moms is certainly added fun.Thank you for building and operating in the Independence Missouri area! My brother's wife, a retired elementary educator, always had a unit on bears throughout her 36 years of teaching. They have eaten at the Olathe Kansas restaurant and love it, too. ?"

"I loved this place!! Located in historical downtown Nacogdoches it has the small town mom and pop dinner feel but with a higher calibre environment and cleanliness. I went for the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans which was spectacularly done in a traditional way but with a fine twist on the gravy which was actually a breakfast sausage gravy and surprisingly worked well to elevate my meal to the next level of flavor explosion. Highly recommended if you have never been. "
