We selected a diverse menu with five food stations, including gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, chicken étouffée, a low-country boil, and a vegetarian/gluten-free option. We even had an action station featuring banana foster, bread pudding, and king cake. Our wedding cake was a delicious three-layer creation—carrot, lemon, and strawberry—that left everyone satisfied.
