"My husband enjoyed his mushroom Swiss burger. On the other hand my turkey dinner was terrible. The butternut squash was ok, the spinach was delicious. The turkey had no flavor to it, the stuffing was very salty and dry, just a lot of bread. The gravy was thin and tasteless. All and all a huge disappointment. Even the coffee was lousy!"

"We are like family a Doolittle’s but won’t go back when they have a musician. It’s too small and we all screamed the whole time. We brought 4 guests. Everyone’s food was greAt as it always is EXCEPT two of us got the seafood pasta special. It might just have been one of the worse meals I’ve ever had. Since I feel like family there I can tell them that it should never be added as a special again. You’re still our favorite but the music is totally unnecessary. No more Friday nights for us."

"Gem!!!! Cosy/classic/funky atmosphere. Clean. Good waiter. Varied fusion menu, but not out there if you follow. Solid sandwiches and wraps for lunch. Excellent dinner menu with a beautiful appetizer selection. BIG Bar selection. I love our turmoil. Booths are not comfortable, they kind of force too much forward. They want to go too soon. This is a planned design in low-end fast food restaurants to keep customers moving. I don't think this was a planned thing. Only unfortunate choice. Good place to bring mixed companies, they have something for all from extremely adventurous to quite bland WASP tariff. I'm looking forward to our next visit."

"We came here with friends and ordered some things? Most foods were great except the steaks? We had Rib-eye and Sirloin here; We had to send it back because they are very rare, although we rarely ordered medium. But when it came back for the second time, it was still quite rare... The waitress we had was amazing? She was so friendly and helpful with our wishes and even offered free drinks and pages. What, it's not We told her she didn't have to. We were happy with other entrée and appetizers?"

"Four of us good buddies did a winter Men's Retreat' in Syracuse's Armory Square to spend some time together and enjoy some bars and restaurants. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and did a bit of a pub crawl over a couple of days. Kitty Hoyne's is literally a crosswalk away from the hotel, so we stopped in here twice... once for evening drinks and once for lunch. We stopped in on a Wednesday night for drinks and the bar wasn't too full. We were able to get seats at the bar and the bartenders were very attentive and friendly. We had a good time but did find that the overall pub area is pretty loud. Also, the beer list was pretty good but not a lot of Irish' beers (just the usually Guinness, Harp, Smithwicks)... they had other beer on draft so there was something for everyone. We tried the famous' corned beef fritters.... perfectly cooked and filled with corned beef and Russian dressing. They were tasty but very rich, so one or two go a long way. We came back the next day for lunch and were seated in a quiet section of the dining area. Service was attentive and the food good. I had some sort of in-house smoked corned beef with cheese on a multi grain bread with fries... excellent. The pub is friendly, roomy, and has excellent service... highly recommended!"

"Our waiter was nice, though I can't recall his name. When we were seated, the hostess placed a group of regulars behind us, and the waiter immediately recognized them. Before we could even place our drink orders, their drinks and chips with salsa were already on the table since he knew exactly what they wanted. Good for them. I ordered my daughter her usual cheese pizza and fries, while I got the burger with fries and a triple portion of chips and dip. After waiting for a bit, our food arrived simultaneously with the appetizer. The waiter apologized and gave a well-timed excuse about a delay with the white queso. Now, about that burger. I should've checked it carefully before digging in, especially since I've had issues with food here before, including finding a hair in my meal last time. I watched my daughter eat her pizza, which looked a bit doughy, but she didn't seem to mind. On the first bite of my burger, I wasn't paying much attention, but by the second bite, I realized something was wrong. Sure enough, it was completely raw in the middle (see attached picture). A few minutes later, the waiter returned to ask how everything was, and I showed him the burger. His priceless expression and reaction of "holy cow" were quite the sight—definitely no pun intended. I told him I would just take my daughter’s food and pay for the chips and salsa. He offered to take care of the burger, saying "let me decide this for you," and I agreed as long as I could get everything to go. Then, the overly cheerful manager arrived with a rehearsed apology and an offer to make things right. About five minutes later, the waiter came back and awkwardly mentioned the manager's name. He stumbled through an explanation about how she charged me for the burger, claiming he didn't want to involve her because he knew she would do that. Lesson learned, folks."

"We went a couple of weeks ago and had a soso evening and I put this in a review. The owner called and asked us to give them another chance. I’m glad we did. We had a lovely dinner and wonderful service. I guess everyone can have a bad evening, even a restaurant. Thank you Jennifer. We will definitely be back"

"Tea Sympathy is a super cute and cozy place in the heart of the city. They have delicious foods, both as a full meal and for a quick bite that just melt in your mouth. Speaking of yummy melts, the scones and desserts were absolutely great. The only critique about the desserts is that they can be a little on the sweet side, the too sweet side. The service is quick, but never rushed. My boyfriend and I got lucky going in at a not-so-busy time, which allowed us the ability to truly enjoy our food and take our time. We booked a reservation for an Afternoon tea for 2 at 12:30 pm on Valentine's Day. At first glance, it doesn't look all too filling until you start to dig in. It came as a 3-tier tray, with 4 tea sandwiches of your choice (we had: coronation chicken, egg salad, chicken salad and a watercress, tomato, and cream cheese), 3 scones with clotted cream and jam, and lastly 3 desserts (we got Victoria Sponge cake, toffee cake, and a strawberry frosted vanilla cupcake). It also came with two house-shaped teapots, enough for 3 cups each. I got the rose petal with black tea and my boyfriend got vanilla mint and both were really good. Overall, we were very happy with the food and service. We will likely come back another time, but with friends. Be sure to make a reservation to be certain you will get a seat and be sure to get there on time because this place fills up quick due to its small size. They accept walk-ins! They also take card but be aware that there is a card charge and it can be a bit on the pricey side. I want to say the value matched the amount of food we got, but then again it is NYC, so you are bound to pay those prices whether deserving or not."

"overwhelmingly loud, not because of the paragliders, but the hired entertainment (2 young with gigantic) who had loudspeakers on the blow. the two of us sat on a round table for 4 and very close to the music. seems pub was underoccupied; surprisingly, when a large band was planned in the concert hall. Despite the sweet, apologetic demeanor of our server, she tried to manage many tabular large groups. their visits with us were delayed and rare. first visit: further turned to a table by loudspeakers. second: ordered our drinks and eat immediately. thirdly: I have the sheck. manager came to help finally deliver our meal. menu had very little option, but my salad and my men chili were considerable and tasty."

"Listened by Elevate with some friends recently a drink and a dessert after dinner in a nearby restaurant overall I would say it can definitely meet the needs when you are looking for a drink with friends. The service is good and the menu has a good amount of options, both for food and for drinking, but it is generally quite a lot that you would expect from a bar grill. The dessert options are not really everything to write home, I wouldn't be too surprised if the cheese cake from a box shop was nearby. The table was sticky for the duration of our visit, but I'm going to be the one as anomaly... It is very clear that it is a place appreciated by locals, but up to a culinary experience, there are probably better opportunities in the area."
