"Love love love this place! The food is consistently delicious, the service is amazing, and they go out of their way every time we go to make us feel welcome. We go to Shun's or get takeout there several times a month and have tried a lot of different items on their menu. We always love what we get. We even hosted a party there for about 20 people because we love it so much. Everyone was gushing about the food. We especially love the sushi, dumplings and pad thai, but you can't go wrong with anything. It's our go-to spot because for us it's the perfect combo of delicious food, awesome menu, super nice people and great value."

"Both the women's and men's restrooms were badly in need for attention. The women's had no toilet paper at all and the handicap stall did not lock. The men's had over flowing trash cans according to my husband. Several of the plates had chips in them bad enough that I sent them back adding for new ones. This was for my husband's birthday, I expected much better for the amount of money we spent. I would not recommend this place"

"My wife and I thought everything looked good at first… after about 20 minutes of eating we both had horrible abdominal pain, sick to our stomachs, vomiting and diarrhea. I think it was from the crab salad mayo in the 49er roll or reheated rice- bacillus cereus poisoning…Be cautious…The salmon skin hand roll was not fresh, salmon skin tasted hours old, cold and dripping, was very very hard when biting into it, not tasty.Edamame was brown. Miso soup with two dinky pieces of tofu.The only thing that was good was the salmon sashimi, but because I got sick, I have to give 1 star.??"

"This is my favorite sushi place in L.A. definitely in Alhambra. Staff is always friendly, plenty of parking, and the food is delish. Plenty of appetizers to start you off, my favorite being the snow bombs. The plates are plentiful, and while yes the prices have gone up since the pandemic, there?s plenty to share with your friends or guests. Also during the week, beer is cheaper, and that?s an all day thing. The menu is huge, and so many options to fill your palette. The bento box for non sushi lovers is great and very tasty. This place is perfect for sushi beginners and pros."

"Sushi Loca in Downtown Summerlin is the best place ever! We drive all the way from Henderson just to dine here. The food is always great, and the service is excellent. "Drinks are very good, but that Kabuki old fashion with the black cherry, Phew! It hit different! It was very strong but that 's a good thing. Fam, get the you had me at Margarita get xtra tajin around the rim, it takes the taste to another level. And the tokyo Mojito was very good! We were buzzed very quickly.?? My Hunny and I eat out every week and this was on the go to list. We spent under about 80.00 with drinks included! The food was excellent!!! The Sushi and Sashimi was so fresh! And the chicken wing karaage was crispy, but juicy on the inside and also very flavorful. Our waiter Alberto was good. Overall had a great meal stellar drinks with the babe!!!"

"It's a 115 degrees today, the AC started acting up in this restaurant 3 days ago and when we arrived, no one warned us. After 45 minutes of sweating we told them we couldn't stay any longer. The manager on duty, made up some excuse and when I told him that we should have been forewarned when we walked in that the AC was out, he told me it wasn't out then. Of course it was out then, they were on the roof working on it from when it went out 2 days ago"
