"I visited the restaurant today and was very disappointed. I waited for 30 minutes for my milkshake, which I had already paid for, but never received. Despite asking two different employees to check on my order, they never came back with an update. The restaurant was not very busy, yet we did not receive any refills on our drinks. I went through the drive-thru and discovered I was missing a meal when I got home. When I returned two days later to address the issue, I was unable to get a refund because I did not have a receipt. Although I enjoy the food at this restaurant, the customer service is lacking. I still leave a tip as I appreciate their work, but they should definitely improve their attention to customers."
