"The service was much to be desired. They were slow in taking our order, and when the appetizers were provided, they didn't provide serving dishes. I felt they were very disorganized. When the meal server came with the main course, he didn't even know what he was doing. It was so uncomfortable that the waitress who took our order had to handout our meals herself. She appeared to be annoyed with him. Maybe he was in training. My granddaughter had sliders with fries and asked for a ramican of ketchup, which didn't come with her order. We waited for a good minutes before I had to hail someone down and ask for her ketchup, in which the gentleman provided within a few minutes. However, unbeknownst to her, minutes later, our original waitress provided the ketchup. We ordered a dessert with the intention to share, but only spoon was provided. In addition, the waitress didn't come over to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything until right before we got our check. Despite the service, my family and I really enjoyed the food, and will most likely return. We're hoping this was just a fluck. However, after reading other reviews, it appears that the service seems to be an area of improvement at the restaurant...and if that's the case, RED MONKEY, PLEASE RESOLVE THAT ISSUE"
