"I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant, and I appreciate the warm hospitality. However, during my last visit, I encountered an unpleasant issue. While eating my food, I found a long dark hair in my mouth. I waited until the restaurant was quiet to inform the staff about it, showing the hair to a young woman working there. Her response was simply, “okay...” which felt inadequate given the situation. It didn’t seem like she was taking my concern seriously. I had been looking forward to my meal but left feeling quite disappointed. I had just visited this place a week ago, and I'm really frustrated about this experience."
