"Carlos O'Kelly's is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant in Topeka to eat. I'm here several times, and every time is as spectacular as the last. The waiting time is relatively low, the service is great, the food is wonderful and the atmosphere of the restaurant is so vibrant. I love how every time I come here, there is always a new promotion they run to get you back. This is one of the few places where they really take care of their customers and their experience."
