"The papaya salad at this restaurant is sometimes spicy, sometimes not. The Pad ke mao was disappointing as the shrimp was overcooked. This used to be my favorite Thai restaurant in the city, but the staff's behavior was unacceptable. When I mentioned that my fiancé was in the hospital and I needed to leave urgently, they were unhelpful and delayed my departure despite knowing the emergency situation. They even had trouble processing my payment and argued with me when I tried to explain the urgency of the situation. This experience was traumatic and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I will also be informing all my friends about the lack of empathy and moral principles displayed by the staff during this emergency situation."
