"It was my 77th Birthday and so I suggested this wonderful steakhouse. I cannot express the joy I felt from time I walked in to the time I walked out. I have enjoyed Keith Young, many times but it was my husband’s first time. The food was beyond awesome, while the staff was attentive to us all evening. Shout out to Sarah, our server, and to “AA6” our bar server. We WILL be back. Thank you for making my night so special. "The food was satisfactory, but the main issue was that they added an additional gratuity without informing me. When the waitress brought the bill, I gave her a cash tip and she swiftly tried to collect it before I saw the total. This is not good business practice and has cost them a loyal customer. Adding a tip is fine, but deliberately taking more than twenty percent without my knowledge, on top of an additional 18 percent, is unacceptable."

"Started with short rib bruschetta and flavors were amazing. Next had a wedge salad with a veg compote like tossed Vegs. Two different dressings made this the best wedge salad I’ve had. Spouse had Parmesan crusted trout, and I the blackened rib eye. Both were a delight. Our only “complaint “ is that the serving’s were so generous, we couldn’t eat it all. This was a favorite, but fell off radar when I moved out of town. Well, it’s back on now. Service staff impeccable, atmosphere very homey and comfortable. I would say my complaint is the forced valet parking."

"This was a really bad dining experience. We had five people at our table and not a single one of them enjoyed their meal. Multiple items on the one page menu were not actually available to order along with the specials for a 530 dinner reservation. My husband compared his veggie burger to eating a patty made out of fancy feast cat food. I am pretty sure he has never tasted cat food but I can imagine how bad it tasted to make that comparison. The first hint that this was not a good restaurant to eat at was that there were only other two tables eating on a Saturday night with multiple events going on downtown. Unfortunately because we had a larger party and had other reservations to get to early in the evening, we didn’t really have the time to shop around for another place to eat. I would’ve rather gone to chipotle on East ninth than eating here, at least everyone at the table would’ve been able to finish their meal."

"My husband and I enjoyed this place while I took my mother out for a birthday dinner. The wings were the best I had in a long time. We didn't order baked with sauce on the side. They were very tasteful and juicy. My husband enjoyed his Chopped Salad with grilled chicken. I was very happy with my New Salad with grilled chicken. Our waitress Stephanie was very attentive and presented my mother n law with a piece of cheesecake with a candle. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with a relaxed decor. We will definitely visit again"

"Ruths is one of my Favorites. The 11oz filet is what I get every time. This experience was shockingly bad. Not to mention the “regional manager” was also there. Sitting at the bar eating then wandering around watching TV. The bartender said they were understaffed and people had called out. He was the only bartender so I don’t fully fault him for the bad service. He was very apologetic and nice. Took me about 15 minutes to get a menu, a water and a dirty goose (that tasted awful too much olive juice). About out 25 mins longer for my chop salad to come out the fried onions tasted burnt and the dressing seemed off also. Then my steak finally came. Looked like 3 small filets mushed together, had a ton of fat lines, was tough to cut chewy. After 1 bite I alerted the bartender and the manager had them make me a new one which was delicious. Also the manager mentioned that he “made sure it was a center cut.” I didn’t see how busy the dining room was but clearly the bartender was too busy to take care of the bar from what I noticed in my 2 1/2 hours sitting there. I’d be happy to discuss it all in further detail. Oh also my check book was covered in dust took a sip of my wine, tasted like dirt looked at the glass COVERED in dust. I wish I had taken more photos. Place was a HOT MESS the managers didn’t seem to be worried nor care. Not taking their jackets off and helping out the bar just wandering around doing NOTHING!!!!!!!!"

"the parkway grill offers a cozy atmosphere and incredible restaurants. I enjoyed a beautifully presented, tasteful tuna tart and fresh oysters for beginners. both dishes were light and refreshing, although the oysters grited them a little. for my entrée I had the second best Chilean meeresbass I've ever had. that was the first time I ever was asked how to cook my fish. I rarely ordered it medium as I ordered my steak. this fish was exquisite. it had a beautiful sea on the outside that was filled with taste and the inner glittered and damp. excellent fish! my companion had this lamb and it was divine. it was perfectly cooked with large spices. I enjoyed the lamb as well as fish. I was very impressed by the quality of our entrées. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes!"

"We used to go to Manhattan Deli all the time, but hadn't been there since they moved to Willoughby. It was good to see all of our favorites were still on the menu, especially the smothered chicken, and that they are still delicious. We were with friends and relatives from Georgia and Texas who were looking for good Deli food and they weren't disappointed."
