"I made reservations through Open Table, who the servers had no clue what Open Table is. The waitress must have just started that afternoon. We had to ask for napkins with our drinks. Two of the drinks had to be sent back--wrong drinks. When she brought out our food she asked if we needed any plates. Water glasses were 1-broken 1 dirty. It took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive and the restaurant was not busy. Very poor service for a Hilton property. We will not return."

"To be fair, we had brunch, and it was their first time serving it, so they were not as prepared as they might be. The servers were friendly but seemed inexperienced, and the food was hit and miss. Hopefully they work out the kinks. It's a nice to eat outside on the patio.Food: 3/5"

"The food was good. The atmosphere was fun with all of the downtown Nashville goings on. But the friday afternoon waiter did not want to be at work or maybe he just thought we weren't going to tip him. I'm not sure; bad attitude. We saw the person who was seating get super upset at a couple who just wanted to move to a different table. She was still cursing under her breath when she walked away. I have no idea what was going on but not a good look. Overall, I'm pretty sure you can find a more pleasing restaurant in Nashville."

"My girlfriend and I were in Campbell to drop off some Christmas gifts the other night and we were getting hungry so we started looking for a place for good cocktails and food. We saw Willard Hicks and thought this place looks great let's give it a try. We had just come from a place down the block that looked good but they have cheap booze in their well so the drink's we not good. It's the first time I had an old fashion that I didn't finish. Maybe our fault for not calling our liquor but we didn't know they had some no name unheard of whiskey in the well. Willard Hicks has Bullit Bourbon in the well. Not bad! We love to eat at the bar so we stepped right up and were immedietly greeted by the bartender who laid two menus cocktail side up on the bar. Wow great looking drink's on the menu so we ordered a couple and they were great! I had a drink called Some Like It Hot! It's a tequila drink with Jalapeño, cucumber and lime it was excellent! My Girlfriend got the Intruder a Whiskey based drink and she really liked it too. We split a fancy wedge salad that was great then moved on to the entree which was a Braised short-rib on top of Horseradish mashed potatoes. It was excellent. I am a desert fiend and could not pass up the Chocolate Ganache with fresh Strawberries and ice cream. It was so good I could have had another. Our bartender was great! I don't know if I have his name right but I think it was Burnsen. It's close so ask for him if you sit at the bar. All in all it made our trip from Livermore worth it and we will definitely be back! "Booked through open table to have a reservation. Wasn't aware it was in a Hilton hotel. The food was delicious but the prices were higher than expected. The dry rub smoked wings and cornbread muffins were my faves."

"The service is always great. The food this time was less yummy than usual, but still good. My only complaint is the volume of the music. At 6:30 on a Friday, the music was already so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. The music was good and if it was a cocktail bar, I would have expected that."

"The service was good, the appetizers were fun and delicious: Deviled Eggs and Boudin Balls. The desserts were pretty and there wasn't a bite left: Chocolate Cheesecake, apple cobbler and creme brulee. The entrees we're presented nicely and everyone loved their sides, however the steaks that were the star of the show were all just okay. Not sure if it was the dullness of their steak knives or the filets themselves, but…they were underwhelming, yet tasty."
