"My cousin took me for my birthday for lunch, the service is nice, a great place of course to take pics. You can even do a tour of Yankee before sitting down for some food and drinks. The nachos are a big hit!!! Loved my salmon on a plank awesome!!!"

"It was a little rough, our entire order was wrong. But Tracy was very sweet and she had a manager who took care of the bill for us. Even a dessert. The food was good when it came, but if it wasn't for Tracy and her great attitude it would have been terrible. She literally made a bad experience a great one. Thomas was also very sweet. I was a server for 3 years and I know that it's not easy when the kitchen messes up your order. But they did it very well! Cheers!"

"Good Service, Good Pizza. Unlike many of the local joints in town (read my review of Grand café across the street from Hard Rock, management and staff are trained to provide a standard of service that sets the bar (pun? in any Hard Rock across the country. The staff was attentive, friendly, and prompt. My food was delicious. Skip the two restaurants across the street grand café and Caroline's Even though large chains like Hard Rock may seem a bit generic when you're on vacation you know you'll receive a certain level of service and food quality."

"Coffee was good, service was good, the place was really clean. Gave me a drink carrier and extra cup so you can handle your drink without asking. Just coffee but overall pleasant experience. Only thing I’d say is open a little earlier as you’re people were there already anyways."

"The ambiance of the restaurant was wonderful. This was my first time trying fried French toast, and even though it's not usually something I enjoy, I found the dish to be delicious. The mimosas were also expertly made and very enjoyable. Although I am from Alabama, I am excited to return to Memphis to try their burgers. I also purchased a T-shirt that I love. Thank you to the staff for a great experience! I highly recommend this place to any tourists visiting the area."

"Just went for a little Sunday lunch outing. Very pleasant time. The hostess Grace is a gem, very personable friendly! We ordered the three cheese flatbread as an appetizer. Very simple, but it was honestly delicious; I could've had that on its own! Partner got nachos an alcoholic beverage, I got the Tupelo chicken fingers with cheese fries a soda. Both meals were good, but the flatbread was the real standout; don't sleep on it just because it's simple! Not the cheapest place, but not unreasonable. For what we ordered, our check came out to about $75. Would def go again :"

"We came after 9:00 on a Saturday after we had no luck, service in other uptown restaurants. Within seconds, sitting at the bar, we were warmly welcomed, given water, and had our drinks orders. The staff was welcome and the bar area was clean through 5th street standards. The food was good not to write anything really at home, but this is very clear a college bar and that is to be expected. We were blown away how great the whole front of the house team was. The people who work there care and we felt appreciated. Really an outstanding experience from two old alumni who were really excited to have a drink without our baby for a few hours!"
