"the personal was not aware that the reservation gave a selection of seats on the inside or outside. I had selected outside and the walk-ins in front of me got the last outdoor table. I was offered with my reservation a small eckish behind a post in the interior of the restaurant. I finally had a choice, but had to be annoyed for it to happen."

"pleasantly surprised with this to the edible restaurant. although it was obviously an older building, the place was immaculate. with so much competition around them, it was obvious to me that they were proud of how they presented their food and their culinary experience, it was delicious, fair and well portioned. the waiting staff was friendly and attentive. I was also surprised that they had a license to serve beer. the chilled beer was a nice addition to my club sandwich. to improve our experience, the manager came and asked how to eat. he was truly remarkable that we chose her restaurant this evening. in any case worth a visit if they are looking for American tariff. delicious."

"don't get the Turkey dinner! it's the hot dog version of a turkey dinner! very rubbery texture and no taste. the filling had no taste and the engraving was pure salt. the personal does not care to provide qualitatiw high-quality customer service, as it is supported by the administration with just as bulky service. the customer is not always right in this device. Forbearance! the management refused to charge for dinner when I returned the dinner and did not eat it because I did not complain enough. below answer of the owner proves that the customer is not always correct in this device. the server did not ask twice how the things were and did not offer to get the manager for us at the departure. bold face lies! actually the table next to us complained about the service! I recommend looking for and visiting a quality customer service program for the server as well as for the administration! regarding the refund, the manager said she would “try to see if she could not cancel the ticket”. this lack of trust in their ability to fulfill the task proves the rational behind me, do not want to return my credit card information so that it could calculate for all but my dinner. I think it's easy to understand that I didn't want to be accused twice if she didn't convey it knew what she was doing!"

"Late lunch. There were only two tables. The place has been really downhill since Covid. I had a 4 cheese BLT that was just ok, and Broccoli/Cheddar soup that was like eating oat flour. I wouldn't recommend eating this place. I waited a while before I sat, although there were only 4 people."

"The first thing your eyeballs are against the enticing cakes, muffins and pastries behind the smudgy, well illuminated display case. Their next sensory impacts come from the disappearing upholstery on humble semicircular stands, mucky black carpet, and all Shabby (but surely NOT Chic) furniture. Years ago, I got a date for a late night of coffee and cake. The only change? ve in place since removed a long meter and row of low-risk stools. Some people can find this lack of modernization charming. Others can find it really terrible. I just see it as Char-ifying. Food and service are usually ok. Demography is about 60. ll often see many OLD-erly cartridges do something I like to call? My recommendation for this aged and dog-aged joint is to let the aged and dog-aged Ty Pennington come by and give him an urgently needed extreme make-over: Coco?s Edition."

"My wife and I came to this restaurant for breakfast and were seated promptly. Our server, Ana, was excellent. Our food came out quickly, within 10 minutes, and Ana checked in on us to ensure everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything else. She was always available to refill our coffee. We will definitely be returning."

"I've given Metro several chances due to its proximity to my workplace, but the experience has been inconsistent. The coffee can be hit or miss; sometimes it's served hot, but after adding milk or cream, it tends to cool down quickly after just a few sips. The food is on the pricey side, and since I'm choosing to pay that amount, I expect quality to match the price. The staff experience varies as well—specifically, the women at the register. Sometimes they're friendly, and other times they're not so welcoming. I'm not expecting anything extravagant, but for the prices they charge, I believe some level of good customer service is warranted."

"The daily breakfast special was like a pathetic kids meal. Literally the scrambled eggs was like two bites.. two punny sausages and two punny pancakes and three pathetic micro pieces of fruit. The kids meal was literally a small bite of egg and two pieces of bacon and forgot the fruit.the prime rib and eggs wasnt bad for 22 dollars but my girlfriend and kid were still hungry after there plates had partially no food at all. Super disappointing to see my family still hungry for Cocos ripping me off. Those portions were not right."

"This was already my go-to bagel spot in New York, but my latest experience just affirmed this place being the best! The business operating hours were wrong on Seamless (fixed now! , so I unkowingly placed an order 30 minutes before the actual closing time for three dozen bagels. They shortly thereafter called me to tell me they needed extra time to finish bake them fresh! I was so shocked they even accepted the order--I would have totally understood if they cancelled or only gave me the leftover stock for the day. When I picked them up they were so so nice and told me it was no problem, even though it kept them several minutes after close. Thanks so much BotS!"

"we were huge lt bar grill fans so a bit nervous when we heard about the management change. good news fans... except the terrible new name/logo, the rest is quite the same. the menu is smaller, but most of our faves are still there. the cocktail menu has changed and my fave mezcal southside is no longer an option, but the staff is still great and the eating still meets the place."
