"This was already my go-to bagel spot in New York, but my latest experience just affirmed this place being the best! The business operating hours were wrong on Seamless (fixed now! , so I unkowingly placed an order 30 minutes before the actual closing time for three dozen bagels. They shortly thereafter called me to tell me they needed extra time to finish bake them fresh! I was so shocked they even accepted the order--I would have totally understood if they cancelled or only gave me the leftover stock for the day. When I picked them up they were so so nice and told me it was no problem, even though it kept them several minutes after close. Thanks so much BotS!"

Better than the rest. The BEST cream cheeses and the widest array of choices. doesn't have lox spread but who cares? Bacon and chedder cream cheese was the best I have had there. their egg sandwiches are also delicious.

I was starving when we walked past this place. It was late afternoon so was very quiet. The staff are reasonably friendly and the bagel didn't take too long. I chose the Turkey Club with bacon, tomato, lettuce and added avocado on a wholewheat bagel. This was hands down one of the best things i've ever eaten in my life. The amount of turkey and avocado was amazing! The moment I finished it I wanted another even though I was full. My favourite bagel to date...
