"No air conditioning in this popeye's. Visited this popeye's twice in 2 1/2 weeks. Still no air conditioning. Both trips there orders took 20 minutes or longer .both times orders were wrong . No spoon for mashed potatoes. Or napkins .gave me fries iasked for mashed potatoes. Ask for 5 pieces tenders got 3 pieces.by the way they had 7 people working. "I just got out of the hospital with a broken foot and a young man ran to open the door for me. The woman filled my drink and brought us our food. The restaurant is so clean and the employees here are so amazing. Very respectful and nice. We didnt have to wait for anything and the food was awesome. I love it here. This was my first time coming and I'm most definitely coming back!"

"Incompetent workers here. I order through the Popeyes mobile app on 8/13/22 and went to pick up my order. They told me they gave my order away to a DoorDash driver with somehow the same exact order as mine. I asked them to fulfill my order since they screwed up but they refuse to do so and the manager said it?s not his problem. I asked for a refund and they said I have to do it through the mobile app. They wouldn?t even do it themselves. Two mins after I walked out of the store and was sending an email to Popeyes customer service and before I sent out the email, I received an email that a refund was magically being processed. Drove to another Popeyes location to pick up my order after paying. Total incompetence at this location. They need to train their staff on the difference between a mobile order and a DoorDash order. Looks like the DoorDash driver just got a free $29 meal."

"Popeyes failed to get my order correct, both with the special instructions I provided and with actually building my order correctly. When I finally received my order, it was cold and dried out. The chicken tasted old, like it was leftover the day before. Hell, the employees couldnt even get everything I ordered right. It was missing both the chicken sandwich and the fries. "I hate to give a Popeyes a disappointing 2 stars at best. Unfortunately, the restaurant was filthy. Yes, there is a manager number you can call. But honestly, what is that going to do? When we arrived we were immediately greeted with “just to let you know we are short staff tonight” but should that really surprise anyone anymore? We did have a rather large group so we understood that it might take awhile anyways. The food(that they weren’t currently out of) was good as expected. They were out of most sides, soda fountain didn’t work in the lobby and the bathrooms… oh my. I know we are only 22 days into the new year but they honestly probably haven’t been cleaned this year. The employee that appeared to be the manager was very apologetic about the situation but there shouldn’t have been anything to be apologetic about.. according to my count there were 6 workers, seems like enough to be efficient to me. overall biggest takeaway was that the restaurant was just filthy. I probably won’t return to this location as much as I love Popeyes."

"Make sure you double and triple check your order several times, when you order, when you pay, and when you receive it. The last time I came here I ordered a mild chicken tenders family meal, and after repeating the order 3 times I received spicy regular chicken. This time when I went, I ordered a family meal, the menu outside was apparently wrong(they only offer 2 sides for 16 pc tenders not 3 like the menu says), and they took 4 different people to insist they are correct and they do not admit anything about the menu being wrong while I was reading it to them. After telling our order to 4 different people including the manager and then repeating it again 3 times at the window AND giving them our receipt back to check it due to power outages, they still got one of our sides wrong. Food was good though. Go fix your sign please."

"I don't normally give 5-star ratings for fast food, but this Popeyes truly impressed me. There was no waiting time, and the chicken was fresh. During my visit on June 15, 2022, around 1:30 PM, a woman working in the dining area did an outstanding job. I watched her clean the tables and chairs with disinfectant, and after finishing, she wiped down a child's seat before moving on to the next area. She even checked the garbage and repeated the cleaning process. Kudos to her and the entire staff! I tried to discreetly find out her name but couldn't. Please let her know she is doing an excellent job!"

"Eating was wrong, but the answer is why I leave a review. I had missing food and was treated as if I was lying about what was missing and what was not. The manager Jamal refused to give me a punctuated reception to see what I was charged and then allowed me to wait 10-15 minutes until what should be included in my original order and had no excuses at all. "Wow the food is expensive, low quality and terrible service on top of it. Got my order in and was skipped over when my order number came up and then five other people that came in after me and ordered and picked up there food i finally complained as to why my simple order was takeing so long that everyone else's more complex orders were getting filled.
