"Years ago, this was one of the worst White Castle on the south side. The food was inedible, good customer service was non-existent and the place was dirty. Customers stopped going to this place. NOW, the food is hot, tasty and juicy! Customer service is great! The interior is extremely clean! Hopefully, it stays this way. ?"

"This restaurant experience was the slowest I have ever encountered. After placing my order, I waited 10 minutes just at the window, and then it took another 10 minutes to receive my food. They didn't provide enough fries, and they also forgot three cheeseburgers and two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. I tried to call the restaurant twice but couldn't get through. I would advise caution before coming here!"

"This experience was SOOOO much fun. My partner and I made a drive-in reservation. Even though the weather was horrible and super cold, the waitstaff was incredibly attentive, coming to check on us, but not too much. The staff decorated the parking lot in such a fun way that really made us feel like it was a special occasion, from the signs to the hot pink snow art. We loved that they included an activity section on their menu and that they had a spotify playlist to accompany our car date. 10/10 we would do this again. We had just a fantastic time!"

"I absolutely love white castle, from my youth to my golden Years I like to have a combo pack once in a while and as for the the taste and shape of the burger, it has not changed much! However, one item that changed some time ago was the onion rings. "This white castle/fast food restaurant is the dirtiest and most disgusting place I have ever been to in my entire life. The floors are sticky, every table is covered in garbage or leftover food, and the staff is rude and inattentive. They seem more concerned with each other than they are with the customers. The counter is cluttered with materials that should be stored in the back, and half of the soda machine was empty. After waiting for 25 minutes, I asked for a refund and left. I can't imagine that the owner is happy with the current staff. I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars."

"I always get down on White Castle because the level of service is consistently a dumpster fire across all locations in the Chicagoland area. I wish I had noted the date and time of my last visit two weeks ago, but my experience going through the drive-thru at 75th and Lemont Road (Woodridge/Downers Grove? was absolutely tremendous. The man who helped me was very patient taking my order and very pleasant at the window. A note to White Castle: It really does matter. I haven't eaten at your establishment in a couple of years because of how impersonal drive-through workers have been and how long it takes to get the food. Because of the great experience I had recently, I will start visiting more often again."
