"This restaurant experience was the slowest I have ever encountered. After placing my order, I waited 10 minutes just at the window, and then it took another 10 minutes to receive my food. They didn't provide enough fries, and they also forgot three cheeseburgers and two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. I tried to call the restaurant twice but couldn't get through. I would advise caution before coming here!"

Honestly, it's a great place. I arrived a bit early and placed an order ahead of time, and they had it ready in about 5 minutes. They are clearly busy, being the only spot around, but they still do their best. If you're patient and friendly, you'll have a wonderful experience there.

The service is lacking, and the wait time is excessively long for what you receive. I love White Castle, but this location consistently disappoints with its service and urgency.
