"Absolutely fantastic Mexican restaurant for any reason why you love Mexican restaurants. Chips when you sit? Perfectly crisp. Salsa? Excellent taste without burning. Guacamole? Boom, fantastic avocado taste. Queso? Uh-mazing. Burritos? Huge. Tequila for days. How about Sizzling Fajitas? Tacos, steak chicken and pork. Shrimps, rice beans tortillas. Basically it is perfect and the servers are really happy that you are there. You even laugh at Papa jokes. The table next to us ordered the Quesadillas and this will be my next conquest because I will be back!"

"Started off with getting rushed while I’m in the bathroom, from the manager. Kept on knocking on the door? And then was served an inedible chicken sandwich , when requested a new one was told yes only to be brought back the same sandwich by a self proclaimed sandwich maker (aka the same person who was rushing me) saying the best he can do for me is a 15% coupon for my next visit. Do better!"

"This restaurant is conveniently located, and I have taken my family and friends here several times to eat. The service can be slow due to being understaffed, like most restaurants. However, my recent experience was terrible. The alcohol menu does not include prices, and neither do the waitstaff. I ordered a medium margarita and was surprised to see that I was charged $19 instead of the expected $13. When I asked the waitress about the price, she was unkind and rude, claiming it wasn't her job to inform customers of prices. The manager also did not care about my confusion and confirmed that they do not use top-shelf tequila. Despite having had many margaritas in the past, I have never paid such a high price for a medium-sized one. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

Some of my favorite dishes include the spicy burrito, shrimp quesadilla, and their seafood options. The desserts are also delicious. The bar offers a variety of margarita flavors and pitchers at good prices. They also have a kids menu for children under 12. Overall, it's the best full menu Mexican restaurant in the area."

"Went here for my nieces 10th birthday while we were in town completing another high point destination. We were immediately greeted with chips and salsa. Our drinks came out fast and food was right behind that. Service was outstanding and they sang a song, clapped and made noise to celebrate her bday! Absolutely recommend this place."

"30. May 2021 16:30 For the first time, Husband works on this side of the city and eats regularly here. The restaurant is very clean and the staff wears face masks for CoViD. We were shown to our table and received a basket of chips and salsa when we ordered our drinks. The menu is large, with many Peruvian/Latin inspired dishes. We decided to share the Papa Rellena con Polla, a potato puree filled with diced chicken and then deep fried $5). Absolutely delicious. Hot, crispy and not excessively fat. Will definitely order again. For the duck we chose Parrillada Latina, grilled steak, chicken, sausage, seasoned grilled vegetables, roasted Yuca, curtains, rice, salad for 2 $24). It was served sizzling hot on a cast iron skill. Beautiful presentation and lots of food for both of us. I recommend you try this."

"if I were past the drinks, this restaurant would get 5 stars. their margaritas are on the spot for the price. the atmosphere feels calm (I arrived on Tuesday). it is directly over the bridge of manhattan, so the trip is short when they come from the work in the city. eating is really good, they can adapt it if they have food restrictions. it only seems to be a bathroom for all the sexes and the tables are quite small for large groups. definitely worth a visit on a Friday night after work."

"Absolute worst service. There was only one couple on a Saturday night at 8 pm. Still we thought we will try this new place instead of our usual choices. We went sat down and immediately walked out. The guy(probably Manager/owner) was so rude , there was no host. He told us to sit wherever we wanted while he was eating at the bar. He comes up after a few min. When asked for menu he kind of threw it on the table. Never had such worst service. Would give it zero stars if possible. They do not know how to treat customers. You feel like you are unwelcome. We just got up and left. No wonder it was empty."

"The older gentleman is was bothered to get me 3 small things of ketchup. My bun was not gluten free as it said it was and for a $15 burger I only got a couple small pieces of onion and the smallest slithers of pickles possible and yet still charged me extra. It comes with maybe 9 fries. I ordered a basket of the chips and they are brown and so hard. If you are looking for good burgers Citizen Burger in Charlottesville is worth the $15. My children won?t even eat them. The customer service here blows and the owner must be cheap. A waste of $30 on a meal that would?ve been better from McDonald?s or Burger King. I have been serving for 7 years and every time I am shocked by the carelessness but this time I won?t be returning."
