"This is probably the best burger in Seattle. Everything is fresh, it gets brought to your table. The avocado bacon burger on brioche is amazing. Fries and onion rings are great. "Sorry but two stars. Shoyu ramen tastes like packet flavor and not natural pork broth. Noodles were good. And pulled chicken is simply not a great ramen topping as it’s fairly bland. Noemi wings crispy but too spicy and just not a good flavor. They should just scratch both off the menu and they’d be better. Maybe I ordered wrong and Prob should’ve went with shio ramen or something else. I’ve been to 5-6 different ramen spots in DC and this one is at the bottom."

"best customer service of all time. I had a voucher for the birthday-worm special and from what reason, the system in the load would not register the voucher. the little lady in the register said, please drag her into the window, I need to get a manager because my system does not show the credit card. then the manager tried to enter the coupon and no incidents. instead of telling me I'm S.O.L, I was asked to pull out in front and the manager called her chef, sort it out and let me go. all this was said they went through all the necessary steps to ring me for a $0.37 huren and did this with a big one. Hopefully, the manager will see this and pass the appreciation to their employees."

"burger king store 2866 is a theif! their location on the BK app allows them to order and pay for a shake, but if they go through the drive thru, they will tell them that the shake machine is broken (still broken after at least 4 months). then they will not write the order or replace another article that comes to the same value. they tell me I get the app to get a refund. Yeah, sure. I have evidence that they have a broken shaking machine, not. they do it when they do it, and we don't have the customer! just steal it, people."

"the personal in the burger king in the fountain house. is extremely lazy and unprofessional. they obviously posted hours that they close at 10 o'clock. but I look up at 9:30 to watch the workers with hard fighting and playing. After I pulled on a lock door to say we're closed. I find this behavior intentional. "On Saturday night on October 14th at 7 pm I was in the drive through and 2 cars waited and waited for someone to come to the speaker to order and no one came so those cars drove away. Then I was at the speaker to order and after about 5 minutes I hollered to the speaker HELLO and finally a voice came there and I was able to order. I told the 2 guys working that I was going to tell managers that they weren't answering the drive thru. I said I worked at BK for 2 years and sometimes we were short handed but we still had to answer drive thru. Then they handed me my food and burgers were cold. "came to the restaurant at 10:05 a.m. and verified in several ways that the load was opened up to 11 and the personal had all the lights turned off on the drive thru, but was still visible, working in all windows. edited: originally I came at 11:05 and they were closed what would be fair, this was before closing and this place is known to close frequently. improved score from 1/5 to 3/5, as my last experience was quite decent. the casser was very friendly and apologetic to wait for me, which was less than the abyss times I was used to experience. I hope it's a sign that the dinge at this place go in a better direction!"

"This is a cute restaurant nestled in the downtown of Salem. Parking is located along the road and in the lot behind. The historic building Coach’s is located within has been wonderfully renovated and very cool to walk through. If you walk in through the back entrance, be sure to check out the other stores and ice cream shops as well. Our server Zach was very friendly and attentive. Drinks were never empty. "What had been an overall quality upgrade and much needed improvements, it has come crashing back down here once again. I always order no ice in drink, can't get that right, fries were obviously sitting around far too long, urger on sandwich was barely warm, and apparently a few of the staff had rather long and rough sticks up their a...... well anyhow... and this was 2 times in a row over a 2 week period. if you want poor food quality and attitude this place is all you, if not there are plenty of other places in the area( Wendy's, TB, hell even mcdonalds) that are much better than anything you will get here at this time."
