I dont personally know her, but her name is on her mask that she consistently wears. A very considerate and caring thing to do, when most places' employees stopped wearing masks long ago. "low customer service. never an apology with an rude attitude, and a middle face looks like they're working today that's your command right!? while I spent empty tassen making my own drink deep around the corner in the thinning area. my order was to go! not to dive, and if this was a crazy new policy for customers to make their own drinks, even to go an order. Why is the heck of the drink fountain not right next to the author? could they also give me free drinks if I have to make my own. that is a first other burger kings restaurant always a complete order. with this much evolved this location has lost my future business."

"I was pleasantly surprised! As a young adult, I've always preferred Burger King's burgers over other fast food options, but unfortunately, over the past 7-8 years, the quality has declined significantly. I've experienced lukewarm burgers and slow service, which led me to stop visiting Burger King altogether. However, I recently decided to give this location another try, and I'm glad I did. They had great value deals, and the service was polite, quick, and attentive. The food was served piping hot, and I took a bite of a burger that tasted just like I remembered! The staff in the drive-thru tonight definitely deserve some recognition. Well done, everyone!"

"We truly enjoy this spot to enjoy tasty burgers and a comfortable environment. We enjoy that we can glance up at the television and check out the current news. The employees and management seem very courteous and pleasant. We have never had a wrong order or any thing made wrong either. The bathrooms are clean, fresh, and stocked. During covid there was always sanitizer available. The lobby is always super clean and it has a comfortable atmosphere. We enjoy it here so much that it has become our Wednesday night spot, where we always have a wonderful experience! Thanks Burger King, West Hamilton, OH!"

"This Perry location should be shut down for the way customers are treated. They will call the police and ban you from their store with no trespassing for a year if you are unhappy about food availability or speak to someone on your phone. I was banned and will never know what I said or did that caused them to trick me into waiting for police to arrive. Unless talking kindly is a good reason to call the police for a no trespassing order. I was very upset and the officer wasn't happy about it either. They lost two customers that day and rarely see anyone there when i drive by. They need new management to stay open."

"Our party of 8 popped in for a celebratory lunch after my son’s basketball team won their tournament game! We were a large party, but sat quickly! Our food was fresh and piping hot! It was ready quickly, which was great because we were all approaching “hangry,” lol! We weren’t a super needy table, but when we did push the button for service, we were helped promptly! "The cashiers are very friendly and have always got my order right, whether I'm at the drive-thru or inside. However, I should note that sometimes the nuggets are only lukewarm instead of hot. Additionally, the prices for their iced coffee are quite steep. On the plus side, their spicy nuggets are still reasonably priced, which is great, and they currently have a limited-time dollar shake that is delicious. Unfortunately, their Icee machines seem to be out of order 70% of the time, and when they are working, it's usually only one flavor that is available."

"Every time I go here it takes about 20-30 mins for me to get my food. I avoid going here now because I know the wait is going to be long. Sonic is usually more busy but you only end up waiting if you order chicken and it’s 5 mins tops. I also have only gotten a receipt once from here and to my understanding no receipt the meals free."

"My experience was great, but 2 other customers experience was not so great. Both had problems and had to turn back to correct it. Limited immersion area as they have locked a large area with caution tape. The ride through can not take more than 7 cars or so if it cannot cause a traffic up again. Not her fault. Mostly pick up orders, but at that time there is no one. My job was for a family of four and we were all satisfied. Thank you Birger King!"

"Faster than the one in fife!!! Why are there only 2 of these around me. I had to park my car and bang on the window to get ketchup no way was I sitting in the stand still they call a drive-thru for ketchup. Ordered 2 whopper junior meals online. Was handed my bag in the drive-thru with a customary have a nice day. So I sat there and we both stared at eachother for a second. Finally I had to ask where my drinks were drinks? She repeated back to me. Yeah they are both meals they should have drinks. So instead of pouring them she grabbed the 2 that were sitting next to her little window. I drove away and got half way down the road to realize 1.they were not the drinks I ordered and 2 they were watered down from sitting there for who knows how long. Fun"

"The lady running things last night was incredibly busy with tons of vehicles un the drive-thru and a few of us inside. She was also understaffed and having to wear many hats. I'm giving the experience a 5* only because of her and because of the 2 cookies the young man there offered as an apology for the weight. She also had to deal with what appeared to be an upset and a bit hostile cook who was throwing food around angrily. Our meat patties were a bit cold and the fries not as fresh as we are used to but once again I can't imagine her doing more than she was and inspite of what was going on she was friendly and even joked around with us while taking our order. She should get a raise!!! Wish I would have taken her name down."
