"Hi Owner, I love sharky's, but it's entirely related to all food and personnel problems that your chefs and employees exhibit. Not too long ago when the mask was needed, I saw how the cook used his hand to adjust his mask and make my food without washing his hands. When I said something, he has an attitude as if I were wrong. Also, several times I have eaten the chicken and burritos and it smelled mold ie not fresh....sanitation, food quality and customer service are your top things that always have to be number one. I know how the owner can't see you all, but your manager should be more responsible and actually managing the staff. If you need a new manager, call me... You will never have a negative rating again, guaranteed. Plenty of blessings?"
