"Hi Owner, I love sharky's, but it's entirely related to all food and personnel problems that your chefs and employees exhibit. Not too long ago when the mask was needed, I saw how the cook used his hand to adjust his mask and make my food without washing his hands. When I said something, he has an attitude as if I were wrong. Also, several times I have eaten the chicken and burritos and it smelled mold ie not fresh....sanitation, food quality and customer service are your top things that always have to be number one. I know how the owner can't see you all, but your manager should be more responsible and actually managing the staff. If you need a new manager, call me... You will never have a...

My wife and I ordered the Mexican pizza and some tacos. Upon opening the box containing the Mexican pizza, two flies emerged. Additionally, when I opened the plastic bag, more flies flew out. It seemed as though someone was pranking me. It is evident that there is a kitchen issue that needs to be addressed.

I have been a loyal customer of Sharkeys for years, frequenting both the Toluca Lake and Studio City locations. The food has always been excellent and the customer service top-notch. However, my recent experience at this particular location was disappointing. The staff were rude and lacked any concern for customer service. Despite spending my hard-earned money there, I did not receive the level of hospitality I have come to expect from Sharkeys.

"They do provide delivery through Restaurants on the Run, but for a hefty fee. Anarbagh offers free local delivery within a five-mile radius, or you can place a takeout order to enjoy a 15% discount. Be prepared for a small wait during dinner hours, as this place has become quite popular. The restaurant has recently been remodeled with new booths, stunning watercolor sky murals on the ceiling, and updated lighting. Street parking on Ventura Blvd. can be tricky, but there is free parking available at the back. The chicken tikka masala here is the best I’ve tasted, having tried it at numerous Indian restaurants across the country. The sauce is rich and creamy, with a wonderful blend of spices and tender, perfectly cooked chicken. One standout dish that I particularly love is the Lamb Mango Masala—tender chunks of lamb in a sauce that tastes like a blend of sweet BBQ and mango chutney. It’s delicious and a great option for those who claim they don’t like lamb. Their dinner for two is an incredible deal at under $40 and includes everything from appetizers and chicken tandoori to a meat curry, a vegetable dish, rice, naan bread, papads, chutney, dessert (gulab jamun, ice cream or baklava), and your choice of soft drinks or tea/coffee. There's also the occasional $10 off coupon in the local mail, which makes it even more appealing. My only wish is that they had a lunch buffet like many other Indian restaurants in the area, but their exceptional dinner offerings more than compensate for that."
