"Mom and I just had lunch. we were there as they opened everything was nice and clean the hostess welcomed us at the door showed us on our table and automatically came our waitress, took our order very professional with a fantastic, friendly attitude. next came the manager to check on our table, which was also super. So we were finished with our great lunch, eating was amazing, as I say the waitress to come to our compliments at the chef to find out that it was the manager of the lunch shift, which was also the chef and we come to find out that they were very short workers but they did what they had to do to make everyone comfortable fantastic, also to make the eat great, and that was working there. big applause for those who had worked on the 8th March 2022 in the chili on S.P.I.D. the big round of applause, the people are amazing?"

"We went out for dinner last night and our server was named Autumn. She was excellent, very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. We would have given a 5-star rating, except the service was a bit slow. It wasn't Autumn's fault, I think they just didn't have enough servers for the amount of customers they had."

"We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. A group of us went for dessert an hour before graduation. We ordered the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake, which was hands down the best in town! Teresa made our experience incredibly enjoyable. She was fantastic, friendly, honest, and patient. She definitely deserves 100 stars!"

"I am delighted that this restaurant has reopened. Today, I dined at a table I shared with someone else, and the service was just as excellent as I remembered before the closure. They make sure to create a safe and welcoming environment, following all necessary protocols to ensure our safety while enjoying high-quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. I particularly enjoyed my salad and an El Presidente cocktail. When I requested my tacos to go, it was no problem and I was pleasantly surprised by the large bag of chips that came with my meal. The chips had a delicious seasoning on them, which I happily shared with the staff. I regret not taking a photo of my meal, but I will remember to do so next time. Everyone, please stay safe and enjoy the great food and drinks this restaurant has to offer. I always leave with a smile on my face."

"I have often gone to this chill, and the inconvenience of quality no longer makes me visit this place. last night, I ordered one. I have some paintings and even with my experience in the past I decided to go. the steaks we ordered did not even come to us medium, it was less rare than anything. it was also ordered medium size, but you could not even see a line of cooked meat. it was just red. the child's meal lacked that it was drinking and the mais on the cob was muddy and rough. I even noticed that my order lacked an article and mentioned it to the delivery driver think that she might have left him inside. but their answer to me was: “They did not give it to me...” I hate the fact that chili used door **** for their deliveries also when they get them from the website. you're stuck with the wrong or lacking stuff and nobody wants to help fix it. as I said, this is not the first time before it was mid covid, I took it as under the personal or just a bad day. but it seems that they can never get it directly in the fletcher parkway chili. for a business that slipped during covid orders, these entries should be the simplest and come 100% every time. so fair warning to the one that goes into this facility."

"The place was packed and we thought we would have a really long wait. However maybe 10 mins later we were seated at a booth and drinks were ordered. The waitress was awesome. Before we were even done ordering the chips and salsa were on the table. Food was delicious. Service was grand."
