"I normally love chilis and usually the service is great. My friend who just got home from her flight was hungry and so was I so we decided to stop in. It was father 's day, and we could tell they were short staffed so we totally understood the wait. Both of us are in the service industry and know what it 's like at a restaurant. The server got our drink and food order and never came back. We never got our appetizer and eventually asked for it to go since we no longer wanted it. We asked for another order of drinks while we waited for our main course and never got them. Asked for an update on the drinks and the server never put them in. Drinks never ended up coming again so we eventually flagged the server down and asked him to take the drinks off our tab. Server then asked us how we wanted our check (split or together) before our food even came out? People all around us were leaving but we decided to stay since we were so hungry. Eventually food came out after an hour of waiting, and was cold. Worst experience i 've ever had at a restaurant, the manager never came around and the server didn 't give us any explanation other than sorry . Won 't be coming back anytime soon."

"I ordered online and locked up collection. my order was wrong and not quality. I had to send the server back and she still came back with the wrong objects. once at home, we realized that the Southwestern eier roles were not done. the Texas cheeses were old and not warm. "I ordered chipotle shrimp fresh mex bowl that is my favorites and was the few other paints I got it from here, but this time it was gone. reis had pieces of super hard pieces that weren't chewing, avocados were super hard and totally immature, garnelen tasted differently than usual in a repulsive wise. very disappointed."

"If u in Chili's Club, u get free nachos or drinks that is very ingenious. Good service and friendly. Eating delicious and tasty, earning the costs. Usually there is no waiting time for tables in weekdays. Fast service and on time. The atmosphere for the restaurant is quite and comfortable, suitable for family and friends. Many choices in the menu especially for family dishes. I never thought about it, but it's worth visiting."

"Great customer service and fresh food! We had the “$25 for two” menu item, and it was a lot of food! Had enough for lunch the next day. I ordered a half rack of ribs, and it was tender and juicy, even the next day. Our waitress was very quick, professional and helpful. The manager stopped by to check how things were going. The restaurant gives an impression of a clean and well run place. Definitely will be back!"

"we have taken our daughters and their men to eat. the service was fair. the appetizers were good. we had the meatballs and the brusselsprossen. cocktails were very good. one of our meals was approx. served 8-10 minutes after the other three. the food was overpriced and average. the daughter ordered garnelen tacos and there were only two garnels in each taco. my flatbread was ripe and about a customs thick. too many restaurants in the metroplex for mediocre eating and bad service. the bar is great, but this place can't last."

"We were seated near cold windows and requested to move to the inner dining area to accommodate my elderly father, but were refused and had to remain in the bar area. We waited over an hour for our food and coffee refills. The food that was served to us was cold and when we asked the waitress for new sides, she never brought them. After speaking to the manager, a young girl was sent to offer a $5 coupon for a return visit. Is the manager a coward? Our bill came out to $43.16 and the service was very poor. The mashed potatoes and corn were cold, and the ribs were room temperature. Overall, a disappointing experience at the Auburn location."

"They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute."

"We came in for our annual family February birthday celebration with a party of seven. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed. The food was great and much improved since my boyfriend and I ate there a few years ago. Everyone stated that they really enjoyed the food, including comments that the chicken pot pie and gumbo and french onion soup were they best they ever had. I would have rated Valley Inn as a 5-star but the service was disorganized and slow, although our waiter was very pleasant. I only took pics of 2 apps because it was so long before we got our third app and meals that we were starving so I didn't bother. The yellowfin mini tacos were awesome. Additionally, a restaurant of this price range and caliber should never set a table with dirty silverware."

"Sat down later in the evening and the hostess greeted us and gave us silverware and asked about drinks. I ordered a bottle beer and received draft when our server brought it by. I asked for the bottle and received an eye roll and irritation. We ordered andwhen food was brought out we asked for napkins, a refill and a small plate. First 2 we received from another server. No platethe entire visit. Our server never came back to our table but visited the 2 next to us a few times. I don 't typically leavecomments or reviews. This was a disappointing experience. Food was decent. BBQ combo ribs were terrible. Fajitas were decent butthe sauce they use to make the sizzle on the way out caused a bad taste for the chicken."

"My family and I are regulars at Chili's. We usually order takeout, so I will review both the dining in and takeout experiences. [TAKEOUT] We really appreciate the convenience of placing mobile orders, and most of the time our food arrives quickly and without any issues. However, there have been occasions where we have had to wait longer than expected (10-15 minutes past the scheduled time) for our orders. We have also received some hastily put together meals or food that wasn't fresh when we got it. I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant! My biggest complaint would be the inconsistency in quality. It seems to depend on the time of day, the employees, or even the weather. Our experience can vary greatly. During our last visit, we were informed of a 20-minute wait time, which was not a problem. However, we ended up waiting for 30 minutes, seeing other customers who arrived after us (we watched them park while we waited) being served before us. We ordered the smokehouse combo and burger bites for our children. The food was tasty and fresh, although it was not hot when it reached our table. The corn on the cob was overcooked but when we requested a replacement, the manager himself brought us a new one. He was very friendly. Our waitress was also kind and attentive, her positive attitude added to our enjoyable experience. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. I give it 4 stars based on our regular visits, not just one-time experiences."

"first tip connect their reward club for free chips and salsa (or a fountain drink) at each visit. her salsa is just okay, but her chips are made home. they exchange their drink specialties regularly, we tried the black cirschblitz quite well on a hot afternoon. we then ordered burgers to cook meat to order and have no fear of special orders. very full! "I can honestly say I have a love hate relationship to this restaurant. I had access to 10 or more different chili’s and they were all excellent restaurants, but this is hit and miss. I found that pickup togo is almost always problematic if not a bad experience. 2 days ago, I went in for 2 o'clock and we couldn't get anyone to take care of us. we waited almost 30 minutes to sit down. we get in the same waitress and she is excellent, but she is one of the few workers who are proud of the operation of this restaurant. as an online user I had received a free appetizer and I get about every week of chili’s because they say they want my business. but they were from the appetizer I wanted, that was chips queso, but they wouldn't allow me to replace it for something else. that seemed ridiculous when they were out of about 15 different articles. the manager was rude and wouldn't even come to our table and talk to us face. When I went with a quitting, I saw that they charged me the full price for the appetizer I ordered, even though I had the online voucher. this bill was 7 higher than it should have been and was the main reason why we went in this particular day was to use this reward incentive. Do not take her hard earned money into this restaurant until they change an employment and try to make better quality eat, and in the more contemporary wise. scott scott scott scott scott"

"After a walk on the Dover Community Trail, we stopped at Chili Grill Bar in Dover, NH for a quick lunch. We had a two-special that was a lot of food for us, especially with the refillable chips. Steve was friendly and helpful with our order and the meals were served quickly. The desert cookie was extra big, so we took it. They were particularly careful with the following COVID guidelines. We will be back to this chili when we are back in this area."
