"It's time to share my experience: I visited Burger King store #5672 at 6746 W Greenfield Ave. Yesterday, they gave us the wrong order. When we called, the manager said we could come in anytime to get a replacement order. Today, when I went to the counter, the employee refused to honor the promise and claimed they had already served us some food. I would not recommend eating here unless you enjoy having your money taken from you."

"I've written a negative review about their sister BK on Waverly. This location is the complete opposite of the other. This place has an amazing staff. There's one guy that clearly loves his job and approaches his role with a smile. I wish I knew his name, but it shows that he cares and wants to make your day better. There's also another woman at the food window that always tells me to have a good day and is so kind. My food always arrives hot, my orders always correct and has napkins. I know fast food isn't always glitz and glamour, but I appreciate this location and the staff"

"This has been my Burger King for several years now. I can’t think of any issues at this location, like I’ve had from other locations. The servers are always friendly. My food usually comes hot off the grill as opposed to other places where their food is little warm because it’s been sitting there. This last time my chicken nuggets and Whopper were so hot I had to wait (when’s the last time your fast food burger was still steaming ? . Overall fresh food, fast friendly service, and in a great location."

"I ordered a Breakfast Burrito Junior this morning using their app on my phone. The app is easy to use. I requested pick up at the drive thru. The order taker was very cheerful and efficient. I advanced to the first window as directed to pick up my receipt. The receipt had not printed out for some reason but I told the order taker that it was not important because the receipt was on my phone. I advanced to the second window after waiting a few minutes for the customer ahead of me to pick up their order. The order taker from the first window had moved up to the second window and she discovered that my order had not been started yet, she apologized and asked me to wait. After 3 to 4 minutes she handed me my order and apologized again for the delay. I pulled into a parking place to eat and was happy to find that she had given me a slice of chocolate pie for having to wait. The burrito and the pie were both excellent.She had also printed out a receipt for me."

I believe the manager's name is Steve, and there is another manager with dreadlocks whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. Both of them are consistently friendly and provide exceptional service. "After working an 8 hour shift on Memorial Day, I decided to stop by and get a Flame Broiled Whopper, I haven't had one in a minute. My burger order is always the same anywhere I go, no onions, extra pickles, extra mayonnaise, I hate a dry burger...lol I also decided to order a 9 PC nugget and jalapeños poppers. The first window person didn't even speak, the second window was very friendly. I live literally 2 blocks away, got home and decides to eat before my food got cold, I hate cold food. Well guess what, my burger was cold but I was so hungry I kept eating it and then I bit something crunchy....OMG, it has onions, yeah I threw it away. I went for my nuggets, they were cold and old, like they were sitting there for a while, then there were 8. My jalapeños poppers were cold also. Needless to say I was very disappointed, will I return to this Burger King, sorry to the king but I will not be returning, I took 2 star for the onions and 1 for cold food."

"Each time I attempt to visit this Burger King location, they messed up my meal, or have simply been closed for no apparent reason. There never seems to be anyone that is available to take an order or be able to take one correctly. The Times I have called to attempt to let someone know, Dave, they've told me come on in and move replace your meal. The whole point of ordering fast food, is that you don't have to go back to the restaurant and get it again. It's supposed to be fast not wrong."
