"I usually don't even think much about Burger KIng... just to grab and go, but this place is special. The spicy chicken sandwich was good. But the service was excellent, and the restaurant was the cleanest fast food store in which I can always remember. And it wasn't just a one-off: I ate there four out of five days I was on the ground in the local area, and it was just running well and sparkling clean. Well done!"

"Very disappointed if I was able to give a NO STAR AT ALL I would they don't even deserve one drive-thru staff very disrespectful very unprofessional and on top of that I was given the wrong order I don't usually complain I usually give retail the benefit ofthe doubt because I did retail before and I know how it is but this one cross the line and I know that some customers can bedisrespectful but that doesn't mean that you could take your frustration or not greet your customers or whatever the case may bethat you're going through don't take it out on everybody else cuz it's not our fault you want to please your customers befriendly and you don't have to be professional to do that you want your customers to come back double check your orders beforethey go out the door or the window"

"Only one in drive thru...waited 15 mins on my 30 lunch break waiting 4 the drive thru lady to even acknowledge I was there..had to yell to get her attention to take my card for payment so I could get n eat my food b4 returning to work...drive thru lady said I'm theonly 1 here thats y its taking so long..then the so called manager think her name was Dana opens the window and pro to belittle me saying I wasn't waiting 15 min..very rude people that don't do there job! U have 1 job! Try doing it! Won't be back and calling corporate! 10:40ish on 12/7/23"

"I had stopped going before, but I decided to try again because I love coupons. I think I'm really done now. I went last week in the first night the manager pulled me for 'fresh pommes' when the ly brought my food out the pommes were exceptionally cold. I didn't come for the riders because they are in the cold, but if that's why they pulled me up they should be hot.The next night the running thru person asked me 10 min..ok no problem to keep..then he asked me to hold again, I guess he expected that I left...also he pulled me up to take my order. experience was terrible very unprofessional"

"OVERVIEW 4.8 Came here on a Friday night with my wife in preparation to a Christmas play. LOCATION 5 The Riverdale Road location is heavily trafficked especially on a Friday night. PRICE 5 We order the King Deal for $3.89 each which included two sandwiches, a drink and fries. PRODUCT/SERVICES 4 The burger and chicken sandwich I got were delicious, but the unfortunate thing was, I requested my sandwiches with tomatoes. They didn't add them to the order and as a result they didn't add them to my sandwiches. It made me sad. POINTERS/PERKS 5 If you're looking for a cheap fix, the kings deal is where it's at. EMPLOYEES 5 Not much to comment on when it comes to the employees, they did their work like they're paid to do not much more to say."

"This review is quite special for the ride from 6 am to 8 pm. I work night shift and sometimes I drive out the work early and drive through the car for an egg sandwich on weekdays when I get out of work. It is almost always the same type that works, and he is always very pleasant to deal with him. He works fast, is friendly, the food is always hot. It's a good experience. In the summer 2022 up, the man I mentioned above obviously works in the back now, still a good job. New employees also do a great job for breakfast. But I'm not going here anymore because my workplace has changed and it's not close. I hope the morning crew is fine."

"Used to be one of the best fast food Restaurants around, not so much anymore, Went there tonight, got 4 Bacon Kings and one Double Whooper, Whooper was fine but apparently they must have been about out of bacon because not one sandwich had more than a couple of very small pieces of bacon on them, between the 4 sandwiches there may have been what looks like might have amounted to two small pieces of bacon that was pretty much shredded and put on the 4 bacon kings. Would have preferred the staff be honest and just tell us they may not have enough bacon ready, if I had wanted a double cheese burger then I would have ordered that and not paid extra for bacon that I didn't get."

"the counter workers yesterday were amazing to run between the counter and the window, while the kitchen PPl was sitting there and the manager had interviews in the midday lesson, which does not sound like the best idea. I ended the purchase of the original chicken sandwich menu and was handed over a soggy sandwich, which has mine in knots as I left this review. that's the second time that BK chicken left me in pain?"
"Not bad but not great either. Food was as to be expected from any fast food restaurant. The staff was fairly friendly though we only interacted with one person. I think they might be getting ready to remodel the restaurant or at least change their fountain drink machine out for one of those Coke Freestyle machines because their fountain drink machine in the dining area was out of order and they had a random Coke Freestyle machine sitting off to the side against the wall out in the dining area but not hooked up. For refills, we had to give our cup to the cashier and she refilled it for us from the back. If it wouldn't have been for the staff being so attentive, it would have been a much worse experience."
"It is challenging to provide a rating for this restaurant. Upon our arrival, the place was nearly empty and there was a noticeable homeless population in the area. The staff appeared to be understaffed, but despite being tired and somewhat frustrated, they remained friendly, courteous, and professional. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and delicious. It should be noted that the presence of homeless individuals in the area should not reflect negatively on the establishment, as Topeka has a high homeless population."

"the propulsion. only 1 car in front. but I noticed that we were sitting there for about 5 minutes, which is eternality when they know what I mean, so I decided to go back and go in. worst mistake I've ever done. the Texas double chopper. it took 19 minutes to say something because there were other mozens before me. but I counted 19 sandwiches under the heat lamp and no one received their order. when the man before me began to complain, it was over 20 minutes of the manager screaming 1 chicken sandwich. that's when I bleed! the gentleman who stood with me for 20 minutes was never made. So I asked the hired for a refund and she said she doesn't even know how to do that. So I waited for the manager. I got a refund with bad customer service. by the way, they were not short personal only unorganized. I'll never get into another. the second time I had a problem with francise."
