Customer service tends to be lacking because the employees don't seem particularly motivated. However, considering the low prices, I believe it's fair not to have high expectations. As long as the staff doesn't do anything to upset me, I don't deduct any stars from their rating. The food was served quickly, but I personally don't enjoy Burger King fries, although they were fresh. My chicken sandwich had some rough edges, but it was still edible and worth the low price. The restaurant was very clean. For fans of Burger King fries, this specific location is a good choice. The seating area has a modern look, but the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Like many other franchise burger places, there were homeless individuals present, but I didn't feel unsafe, which is a big positive."
