"When was the last time the owner actually ate at their own restaurant? Why do their employees have such a negative attitude? I ordered a double cheeseburger meal without tomato and pickle, with a fruit drink, only to find out they were out of my second choice. The staff then gave me a Sprite without asking, and when I received my meal, it had all the things I specifically asked not to have. It seems like someone isn't paying attention in this restaurant! Essentially, I ended up buying a meal for someone else who didn't even finish it, and now I'm being told I can't get my money back."
