"The appetizer of mushroom stuffed was served cold, not even close to being warm. For dinner, I ordered steak and lobster. The potatoes were cold, the steak was warm, and the lobster was also warm. I decided not to order dessert because our bill was already over $150. The service was great and there was a good selection of wine. My husband's dinner was also on the warm/cold side. He ordered oysters for an appetizer, which tasted okay but were very small and almost not worth the effort. Neither of us complained to the server about our cold food, as we both have worked in customer service for many years. We would rather not go back than complain about our meals. Thank you."

"As always, the food and service at BJs Alliance was outstanding. Not sure if there are less menu options or simply a physically smaller menu with smaller font, but there do appear to be less options than in previous years… The temperature in the restaurant was too warm, which likely stemmed from Texas’ extreme outside temps and a near-full restaurant capacity… but the overall experience was very good as usual!"

"Thankfully we used Open Table to make a reservation, since limited capacity inside (a lot of tables marked do not use) someone walking up was told 45 minute wait. The only thing we didn’t like is no menus, we were supposed to scan a bar code to pull up their menu. With one phone for 2 people (my husband doesn’t carry his all the time) I had to read some things off the menu to him. He ordered ribs and got a free pzookie so that was great. Food and service were great but about 10 minutes or so before we left, they seated a family of 5 just over the divider wall from us definitely not 6 feet from us. If one of them had sneezed ...."

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I took my family out for dinner on a Saturday night and we arrived around 7 pm. We were seated promptly despite having made a reservation. Within minutes of sitting down, our waitress, Mari, greeted us with a warm smile and was attentive throughout the evening. Despite the restaurant being busy as usual on a Saturday night, our food arrived promptly and was served hot. The dishes were cooked perfectly and came out faster than I had anticipated. I definitely plan on returning with my family to try more of their delicious food."

"I cannot praise BJ's enough! Went to celebrate my oldest daughter's bday. She of course loved everything about our visit. The food was excellent, personally recommend the prime rib. Our server was fantastic, was on top of everything we could have wanted or needed. And we had a special guest drop by our table. Greg, the Assistant GM stopped by our table to chat, check on how we are doing, and to wish my Daughter a happy bday. Definitely made her feel so special. And to add to that feeling, the birthday girl was surprised with a Bday Pookie. Amazing dinner, the entire loved every minute and every bite. We will for sure be back and soon."

"This restaurant is an excellent blend of different dining experiences. BJ feels like a combination of The Cheesecake Factory and Chili's. The deep-dish pizzas are delicious and served perfectly. Be sure to try the chili baked potato; it's a meal in itself! The staff was fantastic and very attentive, with the manager even stopping by to check on us during our meal. I didn't get a chance to sample her impressive selection of microbrews, but I definitely plan to on my next visit. One of the nice touches is the flat-screen TVs throughout the restaurant, allowing you to catch your favorite sports events or shows. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday dinner!"

"A group of us had dinner at Lafayette House last night and were very satisfied. The staff there is different from what I've ever seen. The cook was proud and dedicated to the buffet table as if his greatest joy in life is to make people happy through his food. His smile is magic. The hostess went out the way, the waitress couldn't do enough to please. All that while they took several hundred people at once."
