"The appetizer of mushroom stuffed was served cold, not even close to being warm. For dinner, I ordered steak and lobster. The potatoes were cold, the steak was warm, and the lobster was also warm. I decided not to order dessert because our bill was already over $150. The service was great and there was a good selection of wine. My husband's dinner was also on the warm/cold side. He ordered oysters for an appetizer, which tasted okay but were very small and almost not worth the effort. Neither of us complained to the server about our cold food, as we both have worked in customer service for many years. We would rather not go back than complain about our meals. Thank you."

My daughte's warm spinach salad arrived half baked and baby spinach was not used. They offer no wild fish on their menu. My husband and I ordered the same exact steak, but they looked entirely different in appearance. We really wanted to like chops, because of the location next to the Theater.

The food should be better for the prices they charge. We had to request bread, the mashed potatoes were dry, and the steak was improperly cooked. The service did not meet the standards of a high-end steakhouse. They lacked the sharpness and professionalism you would anticipate. We were disappointed each time we dined there. I will be choosing Ruth Chris next time for a quality steak, as they never let me down.
