"we had a 7pm reservation, the dining was empty, but filled up within an hour. We ordered drinks, and when they were delivered we ordered our meal. Our appetizer was very good, and the dishes were never taken away, our waiter came and asked if we have ordered our main course. The service was VERY slow. there was only one waiter and 2 bus boys, for the whole dining room. Not smart for a Valentine`s evening. There was plenty of help in the bar area."

"The staff was very friendly, and made a good effort to get a seated reasonably on time for a show that evening. We ordered an appetizer , grilled octopus, which was tasty, not amazing because it was chopped w lots of filler . Unfortunately both dinner entrees were mediocre. My stuffed lobster tail was tiny with 1 tablespoon of stuffing. The lobster was undercooked. my husband’s veal was slightly over cooked. My vegetables were hard and undercooked. the linguine was done well. Disappointing."

"The food was delicious and service top-notch! Our waiter was was so genuine and incredibly friendly even though it was just before the lunch close time. He never made us feel rushed and had a great conversation with us about the restaurant which we were visiting for the first time as we stopped in Springfield on our route to Oshkosh. "We arrived in what looked like a special event for kids birthday parties, including a loud birthday song of YMCA. There was even a room with stuffed animals so I’m not sure what vibe they are going for. But my wife and I were seated with a reservation and then waited for 20 mins with no attention. Everyone seemed consumed with cleaning up or setting up for new parties so we just left."

"We came after dinner at the North End to try their espresso Martini as we heard that they had some of the best in Boston and we were not disappointed! The chocolate powder around the interior of the rim was unique, but so delicious and the Martini itself was very smooth and rich. "I am extremely disappointed with the quality of macarons and cookies I received from this bakery. My order included 24 macarons of various flavors and a heart-shaped biscuit and cream tower. The macarons were dry and crumbled easily, with some having an artificial taste. The stale taste from the display cooler was also noticeable. However, there were a few flavors that were fresh and moist. The cookie lacked sweetness and the cream was unpleasant. This was given to me as a Valentine's Day gift, making it difficult to tell my loved one that I did not enjoy it. I had hoped for a better experience."

"The appetizer of mushroom stuffed was served cold, not even close to being warm. For dinner, I ordered steak and lobster. The potatoes were cold, the steak was warm, and the lobster was also warm. I decided not to order dessert because our bill was already over $150. The service was great and there was a good selection of wine. My husband's dinner was also on the warm/cold side. He ordered oysters for an appetizer, which tasted okay but were very small and almost not worth the effort. Neither of us complained to the server about our cold food, as we both have worked in customer service for many years. We would rather not go back than complain about our meals. Thank you."

"The food was excellent. We had ahi tuna, salmon and oysters. And the wait staff were great. Planning on returning because the food was so good. Unfortunately the atmosphereambiance was a little strange. Not sure if it was due to COVID but the layout inside was cut up and the lighting was bad. Outside was a lot better but obviously that won’t work in Winter. Next time I’ll get a high top in the bar area and not have expectations for a “romantic” dinner"
