"overall only average bbq. not what I expected from the “Flavor Stadtmann”. the brisket had a nice smoked taste, but it lacked salt and pfeffer. it was also near dry. prime briskets are in the lawful. I also don't think they spend a lot of time to cut briskets. I had a thick layer of fat on mine that never do and succulent. I saw lazy and sloppy. the pulled pork was missing to season again, but had a nice smokey taste and bordered on the dry side. I didn't know you could dry a pig dog. I added some of his signature sauce and it helped. the sauce was a bit vinegary and had no trace of bourbon taste for a soak as bourbon and brown sugar sauce. I still liked it. the turkey was pretty good, but again on the dry side. it was well seasoned and super delicate. the Mac-Ne cheese was good, but many of the noodles were hard, had dry sections. sadly in this Bbq jelly, the sweet tee was the best I had. I just expected more as I found many less named joints that took their bbq seriously and played and a much higher level than guys."
