"I had a fabulous experience at this restaurant. It is one of the best diners in the NJ area with quick service being the key. They have everything you can imagine on their menu! I ordered the Bagel lox sandwich and it was delicious - with fresh and generous salmon slices, Greek kamalta olives, capers, cream cheese, all on fresh sliced bagel. There was so much food that I had to take half home for lunch. The omelette was perfect, with hash browns, rye toast, and crispy bacon. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. They also offer a selection of drinks if you choose to indulge for lunch or dinner. The restaurant was crowded, but it's clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction."

"Very disorganized staff. Stood at front for about 5 minutes before anyone was acknowledged (myself and probably 5 others). Two employees had to decide who was going to be our host(ess). When they figured it out, the host took me to my table and said I 've got the breakfast menu here for you. Is that okay? Umm? it 's like 1pm, dude. No, it 's not okay. An older guy likes to just come out of the kitchen and stand, staring at customers like a stalker (not like a typical manager would do). One woman asked another if she wanted help and the second woman said I 'M BUSY! , but refused help. Salad was swimming in dressing. Lunch entree (pastichio) wasn 't bad. A little different than what I 'm used to, but that 's why I ordered it. The set of silverware across the table from me had not been washed properly. Still had something on them. The flap on the sugar jar thing for coffee doesn 't close, so at night, their bugs (I 'd be willing to bet they have bugs) probably have a blast in there. Biggest problem was the bread that the server brought me. Underneath the bread, inside the coffee filter with the bread, was someone else 's balled up straw wrappers! Like I started to butter my bread and saw it and thought to myself I don 't remember putting my straw wrapper in there. Nope, mine was still on the table. If it wasn 't for someone else 's dirty dish being used for my food, I 'd probably give this place 3 stars."

"I love Napolis!! Today I got the 10 pepperoni pizza and 4 wings special with a large Coke Zero! The food here is first-rate! The staff here is always professional and super efficient! But the food is so good you just want to ask the owner to adopt you. Seriously the food here nails it! Pizza, burgers, wings, specialty sandwiches, not to mention desserts! "Food tasted horrible! I have order from them in the past with no issues. Today I was delivered overcooked chicken finger that tasted like they got cooked with a plastic wrapper. When I called they said it's the new way they bread using bread crumbs now. When I told them they were overcooked I had to drive down to try and get issue fixed. Both the cashier and manager said that's how they look they now. The chicken was dark not golden brown at all. They did nothing to compensate for inconvenience but give me 6 additional fingers that are slightly lighter but still tasted the same. All in all I went home with 16 pieces of chicken finger trash, no refund, and still hungry. Almost forgot she offered me a free ranch lol what a joke. I even asked if I could get wings instead since they still make them the same according to cashier. I was told they can only replace what was ordered. Worst experience I have ever had in this establishment. Long time customer lost! I never leave reviews good or bad and the fact I am now says a lot!"

"The amount of food served was amazing my friend and I had to take some home and we used it for dinner. The prices are very low and you will get a complimentary bowl of soup. The only down side was that the main dining area is a little bit hot when packed full and the restrooms needs constant cleaning. Updated- We all know that there is an inflation going on but the prices in double t have doubled and the food quantity is not as good. The waiters are struggling to catch up with all the crowd coming in and at times they forget your complete order. Today I ordered pancakes carry out and I came home and noticed that they forgot to add the syrup. Please make sure you throughly check your order before you leave."

"this is the only diner in this area where eating is good and the restaurant is clean (just reason i gave 2 stars). the negative is that everyone who works there has the most beautiful attitude! owners, the woman who answers the phone even the supplier. the ladies at the theke do not even look up because they are only hastening and looking to grab their cash / card. they all have a face as if they were worried about being there, they only seem happy when they talk to others. they really need a reality check and remember that customers do the business."

"Forbearance! Platz is hands down the worst pizza place I've ever experienced. The pizza was undercooked and just plain awful. I ordered delivery tonight, and the pizza looked like it had been tossed around in the box, with the cheese sticking to the top. I even pointed this out to the delivery person, but there's a reason I chose delivery in the first place. I've never seen anyone complain openly about undercooked pizza there in all these years. To make matters worse, the wings were overly salty. I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review if I hadn’t been treated so poorly. I just had to share my experience."
