"The amount of food served was amazing my friend and I had to take some home and we used it for dinner. The prices are very low and you will get a complimentary bowl of soup. The only down side was that the main dining area is a little bit hot when packed full and the restrooms needs constant cleaning. Updated- We all know that there is an inflation going on but the prices in double t have doubled and the food quantity is not as good. The waiters are struggling to catch up with all the crowd coming in and at times they forget your complete order. I ordered he chesapeake eggs benedict, home fries, and grits through doordash. The food was prepared quickly but the quality was not good. The grits tasted awful and almost soapy. The home fries snd eggs benedict had absolutely no flavor. The absolute worst part was that I found a hair mixed in with my food. Completely disgusted.

Generally a pretty good diner experience. Cooks are usually pretty good. Try to order stuff that is composed fresh rather than piece together were heated up. Avoid their open face roast beef. The vegetable soup is not vegetarian though we have had a. Waiter tell us it was once. Favorite and most reliable stuff. Here is the breakfast, a lot of homeless to choose from and one of the few places to sell scrapple. I don't like there breakfast sausages. It's not a Jimmy Dean style.
