"I was in this place last night with my girlfriend and had quite a great experience, I loved the illuminated ambience of this restaurant, the stand near the sushi bar and the feeling and surroundings of this place. We ordered the spicy chicken dumplings as an app along with the miso soup and both were delicious! On our entrees, she ordered the General Tsaos Chicken, I ordered the Thai coconut Curry Cashew shrimp, spicy tuna reel, spider roll and the crispy king's crab reel. I ate ALOT from Sushi in my life and for places in Iowa this was some of the best sushi I had in this state without question! Everything was very fresh and tasty, but regarding this $15 king crab roll I'm not sure if I recommend that, as the crab meat is crushed, that throws me away, I had expected it to come quite, but in both ways it was bad! Our server was very friendly and came with a smile, she asked how the food was, what is common and of course the food was amazing! I asked if we wanted to refill and quickly returned with a smile: our bill came to $88. And some change, I typed $32 and we left happy, our server and the staff that was around, said thank you for the top and the business: Great place, coming back!"

"the lunch menu was so good. I came in at 11 alone and it wasn't too busy. they had fast service that was not excessively friendly, but I don't need it at all. the food was so good. I have the hot and sour soupe tasty and the beans healed with beans in garlic sauce could not have been happier, perhaps one of the most tasteful Chinese food I had for a long time. To be honest, you could skip the early roll. it was just me, but everything else was up. I would come back and bring people."

"Ridiculously expensive for marginal Chinese food, at best. Started off with the miso soup which had the incorrect type of tofu, barely any wakame, and was $8 for a small bowl. F. General Tso's Cauliflower was thick, unevenly cooked, and so overly salty it ruined my palate. F. Korean Bulgogi Tacos were awful: overly salty, steak overcooked, and the kimchi tasted weird and inauthentic. They served this dish with four paper thin pieces of red leaf lettuce (an entire head of crispy romaine is standard) which was placed directly on a steaming hot plate so the lettuce was completely limp and soggy upon arrival. As a Korean, I was offended by the entire interpretation of this dish. F. Lastly, the fried rice...I ordered vegetable fried rice with a fried egg and shrimp which was a whopping $39. Greasy, vege was cooked unevenly, and small shrimp that were clearly frozen and the texture was mushy. No fresh thai basil, no love. F. I was so excited to check out Kaiyo, but left with nothing but a large bill and sadness. Do better."

"The General Tso's chicken at this restaurant in Waterbury is the best I have ever tasted. The service is excellent and the food is really great."

"We absolutely LOVE Perry's. My dad used to be a regular customer in the late 80's. Now, I am his age and I brought him back 30 years later, with my mother. We love the food and quality, and atmosphere, always. It cannot be beat! THANK YOU!"

"Just an outstanding evening--excellent food, terrific service, and a wonderful bar scene vibe. The food was delicious, the waitperson attentive but not overbearing, and very helpful with suggestions and her personal favorites on the menu."

"We generally go to Oxford house once or twice a year. All of our past visits been amazing and we have always considered this a special place. Unfortunately our trip here yesterday was not up to the past standards. Our meals were just okay. And our waitress seemed to forget that we were there. My husband had rainbow trout which lacked flavor. I had the pork dish and it was okay but not amazing. Bartender in the basement was really awesome and she makes great drinks. The octopus appetizer was really superb but quite pricey for the amount of octopus you actually get. The grounds are still beautiful and that in itself might keep us coming back."

"The crispy pork and the Shrimp and Veg are outstanding. Mongolian Beef and Teriyaki Chicken are good. The scallops here are not very good. They slice them and they are not very big to begin with. The fried rice is so so. Price is high and the service is rude but they have some excellent dishes here. I had a big order and asked for 4 sweet and sour and she said I can give you two but they are 50 cents each for the other two. The order was just under $50. I asked for extra napkins and the girl grudgingly gave them to me. I though she was going to charge me 50 cents for them too. I'd like to give them less than four stars but that shrimp and veggie is so good. Best I ever had."

"our server was great. the food was average. it was unfortunately not a socially distant job if that is what they are looking for. they were sold out of the suppenknödeln, which is why we left, but hey, that happens. overall it was good. we would consider going back when they are open again and if the dings are again “safer”."

"The ambiance is definitely classy and upscale so I expect so much more from this restaurant. Customer service was a bit lacking. The waiter seems like he was new and was forgetting to ask basic things like asking how I wanted my steak cooked before walking off. It was a very weird vibe that I couldn't put my finger on. The food was mediocre. The Petite filet was dry, over cooked and under seasoned. The cognac sauce and potatoes it came with were a delicious though. The Risotto faired a bit better and was actually very tasty with the scallops and shrimp. The NY strip was seasoned well and had the best potatoes of all 3 steak dishes. The shrimp cocktail was good as well and the cocktail sauce seemed freshly made. The salmon roll had no structural integrity. It presented well but basically crumbled as soon as it was picked up. It also sat for a bit and had gotten warm. But now to the wonderfully presented Heaven's Sakura, a $17 drink. The drink's presentation is gorgeous and you just know it's gonna be amazing...yea no. This drink either needs to be taken back to the drawing board or removed from the menu forever. This drink was DISGUSTING and was only finished because it was $17. It tasted like a drink you would mix as a kid on a dare. The crunch bar was the only thing on the menu I truly enjoyed it was delicious! I don't think I will be coming back since first impressions are everything and Gerrard's didn't pass the vibe check."

"Unfortunately, this was our final meal at the restaurant as it has now permanently closed. Over the past decade, we have had many wonderful experiences here and we would like to express our gratitude to the staff, especially Katrina, for always providing us with exceptional service, even during the restaurant's final days of operation."

"Their fried dim sum dishes are top notch. Always hot out of the frier and so crispy! The other steamed dim sum dishes are also good but not as good as deep fried ones. The soup dumplings barely had any soup in it, which was disappointing for me. The porridge when served was barely warm and got cold within 5 minutes. Despite all that, the service was really quick. In general, if you're in the area, this is probably the best place to have dim sum, if you're just talking about dim sum in the Philly area in general, there are so many better and cheaper places in Chinatown!"

"I stumbled upon this restaurant across from Mass General Hospital and frankly wasn’t expecting much. But upon walking in I was intrigued by the Toro sashimi and sushi plate which sounds intriguing. I ordered that along with some salmon sashimi and I was quite impressed with the quality of the sushi. The Toro set plate also had a Toro Maki roll in addition to sushi. What I was most impressed with was the quality of the sushi and the price was very reasonable in fact shockingly reasonable for Boston. The service was also outstanding. Next time I’d like to try some of the cooked items. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"Having been here twice in one week will definitely make this carry out my all time favorite. First bite of my hot and sour soup, I knew this place was a winner!. I am a connoisseur of hot and sour and right off the bat I saw what I was looking for... Wood ear. It's a fungus that grows on fallen wood, especially the elder wood! It is know for its medicinal purposes mostly by the Western part of the world. It has been written that the healing properties include sore throats, sore eyes, jaundice and used as an astringent! I looked this up, however, I did know this was good for the body!! Okay. . Enough of the little educational background. . The broth was slightly thick as I belive it should be with bamboo shoots, cap mushrooms along with tofu and sprinkled through was fresh chopped green onions. The rest of the meal followed suite! Sesame chicken so tender I cut it with a fork. I don't recall ever having chicken quite that tender and moist. The fried rice was full of rich flavor and skimping was not in the chefs vocabulary. Also got an order of fried wonton so creamy and just lightly fried to perfection. For about $10.00 for a meal so freshly prepared and a side order you just can't go wrong with this gem. Get used to seeing my face because I'm coming back again and again!"

"Butterfish has the best California roll, better than Tokyo in the Old Market and Unami in Bellevue. Happy hour price was $5. Also, stop in for the Spam Jam. Only in Omaha can you get a sushi roll made with, yes, Spam, that is pretty amazing. I wouldn’t want to eat a whole roll by myself, but definitely worth trying when sharing with friends."

"We had pot stickers (veg chicken) , szechuan green beans for appetizers. Had spicy green curry veg , kung pao tofu for main course and chocolate fudge ice cream apple spring roll for dessert. Everything was good and the service was amazing. Highly recommend this place cor family"
