"the good: we were a little too late for our reservation, but they sat right away. our server was sweet and attentive. the food and the drinks were great! we enjoyed the white truffle garlic bread. the crispy calamari (it is a little untraditional as they were fried similar to a wobble ring, the spicy rigatoni vodka (may have used a little more meat), and not least the left blossom margarita was great! we have long dined, and at no time we have felt that we have been thrown out. the bad: but not really. my friend found an express bean in her cocktail. not a biggie, but the manager was nice enough to replace it. the ugly: the biggie was that two of us ordered the braised short rib, but at 19:30 they had run out! the manager stopped with an excuse and offered dessert for the inconvenience. I was disappointed that there was no chocolate on the menu, but the seasonal butter cake was amazing. Last but not least, the parking lot at lenox is ridiculous and has been over a decade. the stressful search for parking plays a large roll on my demeanor to foot in a restaurant or business. fix it for a better customer experience!"
