"I did not have a good experience. I ordered food(a small pizza, 2 orders of wings, a salad and a lava cake) for me and my team on Valentines weekend. I waited about 20mins before walking down to the restaurant. When I arrived my name wasn’t on the board, so I decided to wait. My name showed up, on the board about 5mins after entry and said that it would be ready in 20mins. When my order displayed “ready” I walked over to the checkout counter and asked for my food. The cashier told me it should be up, in a few minutes. I stood there another 6 minutes and then asked for my food again. The cashier gave me an order and good thing I wanted to verify because it was not my order. He took the wrong order back and I again had to wait for several minutes. When he finally called my name, I noticed my dips, for the wings for not there and salad was missing as well. When I inquired about my salad I was told “it should be right there”. I’m looking around and asking where and then he comes from around the counter and grabs a pre-wrapped salad from a box(I paid nearly $9). I walked out in utter disappointment. When I got back to the store I realized I was still missing salad dressing and blue cheese for my wings. I would like a full refund or something to compensate me, for my time and money"
