"a restaurant with firm neighbourliness. we waited until the last minute to book a reservation and got a high top in the bar that fits well. the old fashion was terrible, but eating was really good. had the signature delmonico steak with scampi garnel and two salates. Eat was good and we would go back. a cheeseburger and ridden for our little ones to go and it was good. nice server and attentive staff. not complaining except the old fashion. no fear, they have beer!"

"We left the restaurant disappointed this time. I truly think this is the best value restaurant on the Phoenix metro areas west side. Almost always excellent food and service. This time was much different. We had to send back one of our meals and sides. The steak was overcooked to medium well medium rare was requested and one of the sides was cold. Service was not timely. Please note that this was an anomaly. I believe this was a direct result of the opening of restaurants by our governor, lack of staffing due to COVID, and an understandable inability to obtain the necessary staff to cope with the influx of patrons. We will continue to visit AHG but, will wait a few more months until the climate settles down"

"The food at this restaurant was outstanding, but the ambiance and service were only average. I don't think it qualifies as a high-end dining establishment. The food is really good, though. Capital Grille and Mastro's provided much better service. The atmosphere was lacking, with nothing particularly intriguing. The patio overlooks the road, which I don't find appealing. It would have been nice to have some live music or something to enhance the overall experience."
