"My wife and I live in Billings. We always went to Sweet Chili when in Bozeman. No more. We quit. This visit was unfortunately a 2 star visit. Why would the chef put fish oil in the Chicken and Beef Basil? That ruined the taste of a multi flavored dish to that of old sardines? The gyoza remained very good. The chocolate layer cake, along with the Caymus Cab, was delicious and mostly killed the dead fish taste. The server Kerry was very pleasant; I asked her to tell the chef that I strongly disagreed with his use of an overpowering fish oil. She possibly chickened out. She brought no feedback from the kitchen. Or any other response. That is not the mark of a high class restaurant. Next day, we just had a much better meal at Olive Garden. Half the price, no fish oil on chicken, chicken actually pan fried, not raw white as at Sweet Chili. What happened ? New owners? My wife and I went back to Sweet Chili one more time. It turned out to be our last. Every item was bad, bland, tasteless, except for the constant fish oil. So now it's a two star restaurant."
