"Airy, contemporary newspaper-themed stop offering flatbreads, meats, seafood and cocktails. Start with the brussel sprouts with molasses butter, pepitas, and maple dijon and the meat board with elevation farm salumi and local cheeses. The duck risotto was juicy and tender mixed with rice pilaf and mushroom with white wine. The stroganoff was a short rib mushroom ravioli with a stout milk cream, which was the best of the three with the most flavor. The winter vegetable soup was disappointing, tasted like baby food but the apple kale salad was a well blended of microgreens with almonds, cheddar, fennel and an orange vinaigrette. For dessert, the chocolate cheesecake brûlée with a sea salt tuile and cocoa crumble was rich and decadent and bread pudding fritters were deep fried producing a light and airy texture giving a unconventional take on bread pudding. It was quite the tasty experience. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs."
