"Airy, contemporary newspaper-themed stop offering flatbreads, meats, seafood and cocktails. Start with the brussel sprouts with molasses butter, pepitas, and maple dijon and the meat board with elevation farm salumi and local cheeses. The duck risotto was juicy and tender mixed with rice pilaf and mushroom with white wine. The stroganoff was a short rib mushroom ravioli with a stout milk cream, which was the best of the three with the most flavor. The winter vegetable soup was disappointing, tasted like baby food but the apple kale salad was a well blended of microgreens with almonds, cheddar, fennel and an orange vinaigrette. Had a great breakfast with my wife! Have stayed several times in the Grand Hyatt, but this is the first time it eats in Courier. Had a fresh cooked omelet, juice, coffee! Delicious!

Very small portion sizes. Fries not offered with burgers. See attached image of their $12.00 USD mac n' cheese with chicken. There was maybe a grand total of 20 grams of chicken. I feel robbed. I will however end this review on a positive note. The cheeseburger itself was very good and I asked for it to be cooked medium, which it was. That being said, the lack of french fries ruined the meal for me, and the poor value offering on the appetizers further left a sour taste in my mouth. Do better Courier Market!

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
