"Going to Ta Chen was one of the most authentic and welcoming restaurants I've ever visited. We ordered us on Christmas Eve. When I arrived, my food was not ready, so the owner (David) gave me soup, water and a cookie while I was waiting. He talked to me about being in business for 37 years and how Garden Grove was wonderful. Both customers before and after I knew David. And by the way, the food was good! What a find."
