"Food tasted horrible! I have order from them in the past with no issues. Today I was delivered overcooked chicken finger that tasted like they got cooked with a plastic wrapper. When I called they said it's the new way they bread using bread crumbs now. When I told them they were overcooked I had to drive down to try and get issue fixed. Both the cashier and manager said that's how they look they now. The chicken was dark not golden brown at all. They did nothing to compensate for inconvenience but give me 6 additional fingers that are slightly lighter but still tasted the same. All in all I went home with 16 pieces of chicken finger trash, no refund, and still hungry. Almost forgot she offered me a free ranch lol what a joke. I even asked if I could get wings instead since they still make them the same according to cashier. I was told they can only replace what was ordered. Worst experience I have ever had in this establishment. Long time customer lost! I never leave reviews good or bad and the fact I am now says a lot!"

"I received two orders to pick up for Uber eats here close to midnight. I got there and it’s an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The “restaurants” I was picking up for were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, and I soon realized they aren’t real. A quick google search shows there are no such places in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to go to the building the order was cancelled, not by the person who ordered the food or me.The address has several restaurants listed on ubereats and Grubhub, and they’re all fake. It seems to me like they offer high pay, double orders to get people to come in the middle of the night with no intention of giving any food. I’m grateful I had a friend waiting for me in the car because it quickly felt like a dangerous situation. Please don’t order from any of their fake restaurants and don’t go there to pick up food."

"The amount of food served was amazing my friend and I had to take some home and we used it for dinner. The prices are very low and you will get a complimentary bowl of soup. The only down side was that the main dining area is a little bit hot when packed full and the restrooms needs constant cleaning. Updated- We all know that there is an inflation going on but the prices in double t have doubled and the food quantity is not as good. The waiters are struggling to catch up with all the crowd coming in and at times they forget your complete order. Today I ordered pancakes carry out and I came home and noticed that they forgot to add the syrup. Please make sure you throughly check your order before you leave."

"only this morning 3:30 clock I got 2 requests from uber isst with 2 different restaurant names, a burgerplatz and a pizza place, the same address. I get everything happy and everything. only to find out that the location is closed, and that there are 2 other drivers in the same situation as I. 1 address different restaurant names. I called the support of ubereats. let them remove the commands from my datei and I'm driving with the other two who are getting out of there."

"I would give this place more stars if I could! It's one of the best restaurants in Parsippany. I'm surprised to see that it has less than five stars. Any negative reviews probably come from someone having an off day and not really expressing what they meant. The staff here are incredibly courteous and even let me make changes to my order that I didn't expect. My colleagues and I were blown away by how delicious the food is! "Googled restaurants nearby and chose this one solely on wanting Mexican. The selection available not only suited my picky nature but also my coworker who is a vegan. The patio seemed very chill but was packed so we dined inside where it was dark and a little too loud for my taste. But the food was delicious and served very quickly. If I came to the area again I would definitely come back to Rojo."
