"I should have known when the place was totally empty to turn around. This is barely a restaurant. When we entered, there was no hostess, just a sign that said welcome to our self help dining experience or something to that effect. Order from thetablet and pick up your food when your number is called. We ordered our food from the tablet then realized we forgot drinks,but didn 't worry about it because water would be ok. There were a few self-help water carts with coolers and cups scatteredaround. The water cups are about 4 oz (pic1), which is a more appropriate size for measuring a dose of pepto-bismol in myopinion. That 's ok because there was no one else in the restaurant and we could sit right next to a water cart for quickrefills. As we waited for our food, I noticed lots of people coming in to pick up orders. I think this place is reallyintended as a kitchen for pickup and delivery, which is weird because it 's a huge, well decorated space in a primelocation. Probably around my 3rd cup of water, a homeless guy came in and asked us for money. Once our number was called, Iwent to pick up our food. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen with pork belly (pic2), which was good and why this is a 2 star review. Theonly problem with it was the cutlery, which were the smallest, cheapest plastic token utensils I 've ever seen in my waking life. I struggled to eat my pork belly with the flimsy noodle-pronged fork until I realized there was a whole bucket of chopsticks onthe table, so I grabbed a pair of those. The other member of our party had the tofu teppan bowl. I 've known this person for 6years, and I 've never seen them so disappointed by food as to not finish the whole serving. In this instance, they barely tooka nibble before deciding to toss it. I couldn 't believe it was that bad, so I decided to try it. Now I don 't know everythingabout tofu in Asian cuisine, but I do know the difference between silken and regular tofu, and I do not ever recall a"
