"Small sushi spot in Oak Ridge TN. Menu isn't extensive, and there were a few house/basic rolls that were not offered. Service was decent, however our drinks weren't refilled until we flagged someone down to refill them. Place was clean, as were the bathrooms. Food was okay. I ordered an eel roll, crunchy shrimp roll, and a tuna roll. Menu made no mention of sauces on the rolls, so I was not expecting them. Had I known, I would've asked for the sauce to not be put on the crunchy shrimp roll. Ratio of protein to rice was good, and the tuna was very fresh. Prices are up, but that's everywhere now, so I'd say they're comparable to other restaurants of the same type. I would go back again, but I'd be clear about what exactly is included on the rolls."
